Brilliant company to deal with
We had such a good experience with Discount Displays! The quality is beautiful, and they took enormous care over the packing and postage. Caitlin was a pleasure to deal with, and when we had a small issue (nobody’s fault, something got damaged in transit), they immediately made us a replacement and shipped it out quickly for us. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Perfect signs & Great advise
I found this company on a Google search & really pleased with the service & customer care I received. I wanted some magnetic signs I’ve never ordered or designed before & it was so easy. I was especially pleased with the support I got from Jake he advised me and guided me through the upload process and my signs were delivered so quickly & because of his advise they are perfect! I will definitely use again and would highly recommend this company

There was a problem at the beginning…
There was a problem at the beginning when I confusingly ordered the wrong part and when I spoke to Jake, he immediately sent me the correct item by return and arranged for a refund. There was no arguments and it is easy to give 5 stars when there is no problem, but it is how the problem is resolved by the company - so rare these days. Well done.

We needed custom exhibition materials fast and right first time…
We needed custom exhibition materials to a very short deadline, but we did not have experience in ordering this type of thing. We were able to speak to really helpful people on the phone right from the start and this ensured that we were able to provide the right brief, get the right price and achieve our delivery dates without error. My specific experience was with Linda in Customer Services and she was great. providing a level of service rarely seen these days....first-class
