The price was good and delivered next day

quick delivery - havent really got it out the box yet as got it while it was on a deal baby is due july
easy service seen a few reviews that made me worry about ordering from here but i had nothing to worrry about got a few txts when delivery was coming and all items have been recieved.

Wonderful service, only one thing is unclear about delivery dates. Overall nice and easy service. No complaints what so ever

The service we received in store was great, the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and we found the perfect pram which was priced matched online. The only issue we had was that we were told the items would be with us within 10-14 days. We did leave the purchase a little late as we moved house but weren't worried as we had an expected date for items. The dates for the different items kept changing and we got conflicting order information. Trying to contact the customer support and the store wasn't easy and it was unnecessary stress as I had no idea where my order was. When customer support finally got in touch they did resolve the issue very quickly and we got some of the items. We are still outstanding a footmuff which isn't needed yet but unaware of when it is due to arrive. I would recommend Direct4baby but make sure you order very early to ensure you have all your items on time.

Wrong item sent and unhelpful customer service

Best price and we did lots and lots of searching. Communication was good and fast delivery, thank you.

Took a month for item to be delivered and that was with me chasing via email.

Still waiting for my order 9 days after placing it.

Order placed 26th March, 7 days after placing the order I'd heard nothing. Emailed them threatening a chargeback, received an email from David telling me they'd sold 1 more than their stock level due to selling the item in their store as well as online, made no sense as you have a stock system for a reason.

The same day almost the same time as the email I received a voicemail from Nikki telling me the chair was in stock, but they'd been holding the order because the seat protector wasn't in stock, but they could split the order and send the chair now.

Emailed back to request the chair be sent ASAP as need it for a long journey. Received an email back about half hour later from Lucy saying the order had been split, and I'd receive a notification from DPD once the order has been collected.

We're now 2 days later and still nothing, and a further email to them. Curious what excuse I'll receive this time.

Glad I paid by credit card for the protection now!

Email received from Lisa on 5th April advising the chair was due for dispatch on 5th and tracking number would follow.

No tracking received, emailed to ask for it. No reply ever received.

Today I received an update on the Shop app and from Royal Mail advising me a delivery due today. Seat protector arrived.

Still no sign of the chair since it was ordered on 26th March. Further email sent today asking where it is.

Called their showroom number 5 times, Jess answered. She tried to get through to their customer service team whilst I was on hold to no avail. Promised me a call back once she'd found out what's going on.

To her credit she called me back, informed me the chair in the colour I'd ordered was not in stock and the only one they have is the showroom model. I enquired about a refund and to send the seat protector back, she said to keep the protector and I could have a chair in another colour next day with a £20 refund, I declined.

Queried how long it would take for their stock to come in, she said it should be here by Friday and then they can get one out next day. I confirmed I'll wait for it to be dispatched from the new order. She advised if I change my mind at any point to call the number again and ask for her and she'll arrange a refund.

How this company stays in business I do not know! But Jess needs a pay rise.

16 days from ordering an "in stock" car chair to delivery.

Item was initially out of stock. Fast and friendly customer service to offer a replacement and still managed to receive next day delivery. Excellent.
