Direct4Baby Arvostelua 

I have never experienced unprofessionalism as much as I have with direct4baby.
I have tried to contact the company via calls and emails and not even a callback or an acknowledgement of any sort!
Feel so sad cos I referred a friend and we both need to exchange our products but have not been successful for over 1 month now!

I bought my pram months ago and forgot to leave a review.

My babs is due Feb so I search well in advance and bought my pram and travel system in Sep.

What I have-
iCandy 7 core system in Cookie
Cybex Cloud T i 360 base
Cybex Cloud T i car seat in Cozy Beige

I was picky about the colours as I didn't want black (heat) and I don't know the gender of my baby& with that fussiness comes a cost.

Anyway... because I allowed myself the time, I found deals across various sites to for everything. I bought all the deals I had found together and mentioned to David "I have found XYZ at this price... can you beat it?" He did.

Me being me, I tried to see if I could get it cheaper boxing day and now in the Jan sales... I physically can't.

There's that on the price.

Delivery wise... I obviously did not need my pram the next day so I could wait around if needed. It did get to a stage where I emailed and was a bit concern but within a few hours I had a reply and my delivery was on route.

Arrival of delievery-
There was a piece missing - again a quick email and the missing piece was on route within a day.

The car seat was sent in black, as I said, black isn't for me personally so I mentioned this to them and a quick swap was arranged (all free and easy- wouldn't expect to be charged in this circumstance but I had proof I had asked for specific colouring from the off... it would NOT be this company's fault or issue if the colour was not clear from the off).

Any issues or concerns were literally resolved within a day which sometimes is more reassuring that you know any issues get resolved rather than it being fine and then you needing help a few months later (guarantees ect)& you're on your own.

Still to use the pram ect ... but honestly, any problems we face, I have the reassurance David will be all over it anyway.

We paid over £2000 for a travel system in June, my twins were born in July and we didn’t use the pram until August.

In November one of the sides on our pram lost its strength making the pram unsafe, after a few emails we were told direct for baby had shut down and our problem wasn’t their problem anymore after spending a lot of money with them
Pram was in use 4 months!

Avoid this company as any issues they will close the shop apparently

Great purchase, very good price . My daughter's very pleased . She hasn't used it yet ,but all seems good. Great for putting up / down . Great service and arrived on time before Xmas

Just what we needed to put the car seat onto the pram chassis. Delivered speedily and were kept informed through the process

Was delighted to find the shoes for our grandson at a reasonable price and in his size. The order was dealt with immediately and we received it promptly via Royal Mail.

David at customer services was very helpful

The girl in the store was lovely and good time shopping with her support and being keep to help. BUT we haven't recieved the order yet ?! No one contacted us and no update email. We wanted the cot for our grandson as first time visiting us, the order should be delivered on 19/12/2024 but no contact no delivery till now.

Ordered received very quickly, unfortunately the wrong colour car seat arrived, however this was quickly sorted for me

Purchased a branded i-size car seat at convenient price.
Discount was really good, everything was quick and easy.
The reason I don't give 5 star is delivery time: ordered on Saturday with promise to deliver on Monday, it failed to do so.
I had to reschedule for end of the week since I wasn't in in the middle of the week. Luckily it had no bad consequences. Rescheduling was easy as carrier was DPD and their website is easy to use.

Ordered 2 Axkid 4s in the sale and they arrived super quickly only two days later. They were the cheapest but I found by far for the car seats that are usually very expensive.

Order £2,000 worth of products from them. Items didn’t arrive on time or together, and one was significantly delayed. This item was then sent out eventually and was the incorrect one. If you try calling them it goes straight to a voicemail saying there phone lines are busy 24/7 and the are now ignoring my emails. The company have said on this occasion they can no longer source the item and are sorry. I’m now down £150 on the wrong item and need to repurchase the correct item from a more reputable company. AVOID!

We are still waiting confirmation of what is happening with our order which is incorrect. I think they’re genuinely trying to sort it out but whenever I try to call I just go through to an automated message which then ultimately ends the call (this has been happening on Friday, Monday and Tuesday). I don’t believe there’s a customer service “team” and it’s becoming a little frustrating now. We specifically waited until nearer Black Friday to look for good prices (babies are expensive) and I’m now worried with all the waiting and lack of being able to just speak with someone we may have missed the boat on a good price from another site. I don’t know if I’ll need to send our order back or if the missing items will simply be sent to us.

Quick delivery, item as described, best price in the market.

Item was delivered quickly and the overall customer service was brilliant (I had a query which was answered in a way which exceeded my expectations).

Fab company, super fast delivery and excellent price - couldn’t find item cheaper anywhere and postage was so reasonable which is really rare these days. Would certainly order again from them
