At Direct Travel, we always aim to provide the best possible service to our customers, and we are truly sorry that your experience did not meet the standard we strive for. Whilst we do work with third-party providers to handle specific aspects of claims, including the processing and reimbursement of medical costs, this is not unusual and full details of the third party administrators are located in your policy wording and documents.
