Direct Bullion Arvostelua

I have now been involved with direct bullion for 6 months, and buying different batches of coins, best move I ever made, especially dealing with Chris Boudidit, otherwise known as the man with the golden tongue,Chris's knowlege of gold investment is second to none, and has upgraded my latest investment from MS68 and MS69 to MS70,at no extra cost, seeing as i'me a regular investor now, nice touch Chris🤝here's to the next transaction,BTW,to any prospective investor, good things come to those who wait, delivery can take up to 6 weeks, due to high demand, afterall the Investment is long term,5 to 10 years,so be patient, its well worth the wait👌.

Like most people I assume, I was very sceptical about parting with my hard earned money to invest in gold coins. However, James Green, an Account Manager at Direct Bullion helped to ease my fears and to overcome my initial anxiety & lack of knowledge when it comes to buying and investing.
I can highly recommend DB London.
I am in no way affiliated with the company, just a very happy customer.

From the initial contact to actually buying. The process was so easy with the help of Harry and his colleagues. Harry was really informative, professional and friendly.

I dealt with James wells, Harry, and
All the other James’s all good proper Helpfull Gents, they put up with all my endless questions and sorted my order out, and delivery. All went well despite me not being contactable on occasion. Thanks for your patience .

Having no experience in investing, Nathan and Chris guided me with all the information I needed and more. Delivery was made as they said. Thank you to the team for their help.

Harry Has been helpful throughout the whole process, He is approachable and friendly and an expert in dealing with precious metals. I would definitely reccomend him to friends and family who are interested in wealth management and gold.

First time investor into Gold, Harry at DB made the process very easy and communicated clearly the options that were on offer to me.
Looking forward to working with Harry and the Team at DB going forward to grow my investments.

Harry was very professional, constantly keeping me updated with the progress of my order and always making himself available if I had any questions.

The whole way through from introduction to delivery was really professional.
Harry was on hand the whole way through supporting and advising, so that I got the right deal for me.
Would 100 percent recommend and will definitely be investing more using direct bullion after a really good first experience.
Thanks Harry and team.

As a newcomer to this type of investment it was reassuring to have Harry thoroughly explain the end to end process and the implications.

Harry was very knowledgeable about the subject and also create a good rapport. I felt like I was looked after from day 1 and look forward to continuing business with you

Great Customer Service . Got a call from Nathan . He explained to me what gold I was best to invest in , How coins are more tax efficient and gold bars are more price efficient . In addition to this he sent me over a newsletter containing lots of other information such as AI Tracking and brochures in a email . Brilliant customer Service

Being new to buying gold and not understanding the process it was very reassuring talking to Nathan at Direct Bullion who guided us in a professional friendly and patient manner couldn’t recommend him and the company highly enough

Very good communication with all the people I have spoken with at Direct Bullion. Very courteous and helped me with my decision on what to buy and when. I am kept updated on news about Gold in a timely way.

Very pleased with the service i received as well as my purchase. Very smooth transaction and prompt delivery cant thank John and James enough would definitely use them again.

We were a bit unsure making our first investment in gold, however the service and support we received from Harry Higgs was first class, professional and friendly. He made sure the whole process went smoothly and was always quick to respond to our messages and emails. Will certainly recommend Direct Bullion to friends and family.

BEWARE - I paid for a 1oz gold coin. Took the money from my credit card, but couldn't find a trace of my order. Cahsed for 4 weeks, sent multiple complants but no reply. eventually told that the coin is no longer available and then told that it will take 2+weeks for delivery of a different coin - but funds still taken! Eventually mangd to get money back via credit card company.

Great service. Easy to connect with the real person rather than AI voice generator.

From speaking to a consultant regarding the purchase of coins from mid November I paid cash directly to Direct Bullion on 11th December 2024 awaited delivery of 2 x gold coins, which took a long time to be delivered. I am not a 1st time investor, and assumed the coins would be sent in December however I was told customs held up delivery. Coins received 07/01/2025 the consultant has given me a few updates now on reply to my emails.

Nathan was very friendly and kept me informed of the status of my purchase and delivery. He was attentive and even when there was a slight delay with delivery, he was honest. I was not left alone throughout the process.
