Beautiful products but quality of craftsmanship has gone down
I bought a rose wreath for Christmas last year through Next and was so impressed that I ended up buying another wreath and two garlands directly from Dibor. Apart from a delayed delivery, I was very pleased with all of my purchases, so I was excited to buy an autumn wreath this year. Unfortunately, the quality of the craftsmanship seems to have declined. This wreath feels much more rushed than my previous purchases. Several of the leaves had snapped, some were attached the wrong way round, and a number of the bamboo sticks used to hold the arrangement together had not been trimmed properly, making them visible even from a distance. There were also several broken or detached pieces loose in the box. It is particularly disappointing because my previous purchases were so beautifully made. I appreciate that Dibor may have become more popular and is dealing with increased demand, but I hope this does not come at the expense of the attention to detail and craftsmanship that made their products stand out in the first place.

The item I ordered was great
The item I ordered was great, but the postage was entirely another matter. A small plaque about 15cm x 10cm was posted out in an enormous box with a mountain of packaging. An absolute waste and not at all environmentally friendly. Rather than using a courier service, the items could easily have been posted, using an A5/6 padded envelope

Package arrived damaged which is…
Package arrived damaged which is probably not their fault, however they have taken weeks to deal with the return and don’t seem to know what they are doing with it. There is very little to no response from customer services without constant chasing, and without major inconveniences, it should not be that difficult to sort out.
I don’t mind that things go wrong but you need order from people that are able to sort them out quickly and efficiently.

The delay has been entirely caused by the courier company, who have repeatedly failed to collect the package despite us arranging multiple collection attempts for you. We know you should not have to constantly chase for a straightforward return, and it is incredibly frustrating when a courier service lets both of us down in this way.
Please be assured that we are actively in the process of sorting this out for you right now. We are working to resolve these courier failures so we can get your return finalised and your refund completed as quickly as possible.
