Great pots shame about the courier

I’ve used Dibor a few times now and had a good experience on each occasion, from searching the website to final delivery. The products I ordered are good quality and delivered quickly. Today I’ve been really impressed with Dibor’s customer service.
I’d been trying to get hold of one of their beautiful pumpkin lanterns and was thrilled when I finally managed to order one as I’d missed out the first time they were in stock. I then realised that the delivery would arrive while I’m away, so I emailed to ask if they could delay dispatch until I return.
Amber replied very quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful. She confirmed that my order had been put on hold and asked me to let them know which day would suit me for delivery, so they can arrange dispatch accordingly.
It’s such a simple thing, but being treated like a real customer rather than just an order number makes such a difference. The products are gorgeous, but the customer service is equally lovely.
Thank you, Dibor — I’m now very much looking forward to my pumpkin lantern arriving!

Autumn wreath
Lovely Autumn wreath I ordered two but on both fit cones had come off and I had to super glue them back on probably damaged during transit but quite a few felt loose so don't know how it's going to stand up to any windy weather. Price was good. I added some extra autumnal colored flowers.

Beautiful products but quality of craftsmanship has gone down
I bought a rose wreath for Christmas last year through Next and was so impressed that I ended up buying another wreath and two garlands directly from Dibor. Apart from a delayed delivery, I was very pleased with all of my purchases, so I was excited to buy an autumn wreath this year. Unfortunately, the quality of the craftsmanship seems to have declined. This wreath feels much more rushed than my previous purchases. Several of the leaves had snapped, some were attached the wrong way round, and a number of the bamboo sticks used to hold the arrangement together had not been trimmed properly, making them visible even from a distance. There were also several broken or detached pieces loose in the box. It is particularly disappointing because my previous purchases were so beautifully made. I appreciate that Dibor may have become more popular and is dealing with increased demand, but I hope this does not come at the expense of the attention to detail and craftsmanship that made their products stand out in the first place.
