Based on previous experience, I decided to use Arrow for my EMA transport requirement, and was not disappointed.
Booking and payment was straight forward, aided by an efficient and friendly operator. The car arrived on time, the driver being a very polite and personable man. All this at a very reasonable price. Overall, a first class experience, and I will certainly be using this company again

The driver turned up on time. Very smart, punctual and friendly.

Drove very safely to our destination and, when we arrived, he assisted us by pushing our luggage trolley into departures.

Overall very professional and efficient.

Booked a cab through the app. He arrived in good time and was helpful and friendly. Got me to the coach station in good time.

Absolutely awful. Booked wheelchair accessible cab for me and my luggage, taxi arrived early and refused to wait.
Booked return taxi for me and less luggage (I’d eaten the food!) and refused to take me unless I paid DOUBLE FARE. Blatant disability discrimination, avoid them - Royal cars are the same company and discriminate in the same way. This company is not safe for lone women or disabled customers. Go to anywhere else.

The guy in the office Rob is an absolute legend, Went out of his way to help me out when I was stranded in Nottingham and made sure he did everything he could to help me get home, Can't praise him enough absolute life saver, Give the man a payrise! 💪

On time clean car polite driver good price

Tried to book a taxi to the airport - no where to get a quote on the website - just says from £XXX . Then I have to set up an account to pay by card - still waiting for the verification code - guess I'll get an uber!

Use DG Taxi Service for airport trips. Reasonably priced and very reliable. Drivers are very helpful and professional.

Appalling! After lies and incredible rudeness the driver drove off with my belongs and the company refuse to do anything about this. If you don't want to be robbed don't use this company

have to say normally not ever had a problem with these guys, ordered a taxi with them to take me to the train station to catch a train early in the morning, asked for the driver to pick me up at 4:45 in the morning, didn’t even get a phone call from the driver till 4.55 and as my train was booked for 5:20 am this left me running late, so I had to go back and use my own car and pay fortune on the train station car park park there throughout the day, will never use this company again due to this

Such a bad experience left my phone in the taxi fully charged and the taxi driver turned it off when my partner tried to call it and the phone was off and the tacit driver was claiming he doesn’t have it

Booked a taxi in advance, but it didn't show up. When calling in to ask what happened, there was no option to speak to someone or chase the booking, just a cycle of "cancel" or "book another trip", then they ended the call. Haven't been refunded.

Needed a taxi quickly due to needing to take my aunty to A&E quickly at 3am (long wait for an ambulance). The first taxi was driven by Toseef who was so friendly and helpful that he made our journey feel so much quicker. He dropped us off straight at the door and wished my aunty all the best, which was very sweet. Our driver back was Osayuwamen who was just as friendly and helpful. Both journeys were stress free and a good price. Would use again and recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you to you both, it was a horrible situation and you made it far easier.

I have been a loyal and regular customer of DG Cars for over 20 years and have always found them reliable and fair.
But it seems they have decided to charge almost double price at times of ‘high demand’!
This contravenes their licence to operate a Hackney Cab service but they seem to ignore this.
I have passed my findings on to my MP and the Department of Transportation Governing body.
Seems since their Director Peter died they think they can make up their own rules!

Ordered from this firm the wholeekend I was here, everything okay until I ordered one on the Saturday night... needed to get back to my hotel quite quickly because the town was getting busy and loud and I was starting to panic... I rang them back and the automated message said could not locate a driver and could not give me ann ETA either, just that it may be another 20 minutes after I had already been waiting on the crouded street for around 25
It gave me the option to cancel, which I did, and got an Uber straight away.
Next day on numorous occations tried to call for taxi from DG and it seems like they have put my number on block, it will not even ring, the hotel rang and got through straight away... They obviously have not understood that my reasonning for cancelling was their innability of supplying a taxi
This is the problem when dealing with an unfriendly robot, and you can never get a person to let them know why you had to cancel.
However, the drivers have always been nice and courtious ... Plus, I have tipped all of them well

We booked a taxi 2 days before needed. Phoned the number a day before to confirm, at no time were we asked where we were going, as its an automated system.
Half an hour before we were due to be picked up we received a phone call to ask where we were going, we told them it was about 3 miles away, as we were catching a coach for a holiday. The operator said they couldn't say when the taxi would arrive as they had a problem. This caused a tremendous amount of stress as we had to use an alternative option, as the coach time couldn't be changed. We will never use DG taxis again, as holidays are a very important event and we could easily have lost our holiday,

Used this company for many years but never again. Pre booked a taxi on the Monday for Wednesday pick up. Taxi never turned up so rang them and apparently they were looking for a driver and then they cancelled my taxi. Terrible service will stick to Uber in the future

Primitive took payment but no car, only to find car is half hour away

Do not use! I pre-booked this taxi to take family including kids home from a wedding and the booking system gave the option of paying in cash which I selected. I called before the scheduled time because we had more passengers and was told I had to prepay because I booked with an Irish number and the system wouldn't send the link to my phone. So the taxisI pre-booked were never coming and we weren't notified. When I tried to pay via the link sent my email these were expired. I called again and explained the situation and the fact we then had 4 kids standing in the dark waiting to go home and I was told a taxi was comingin 10/15 minutes and we could pay in cash but 35 minutes later we found out that taxi was never coming either. The operators are rude and unprofessional and we also had a second car booked and the prepayment link worked fine but they tried to overcharge us. We used the excellent company near-n-far then who got us out of the predicament DG had us in.
