As I said in the previous review the person who dealt with us was lovely, didn’t pressure us at all. When we finally decided to buy our sofa which was shop display he went off to get the agreement to find it had been sold already online a few hrs before, undeterred he then rang around all stores until he found the identical settee which happen to be the same price. Informative & Casual Conversation Selling
Salesman was very helpful and non judgemental, never felt pressured or forced into anything, was more of a casual and informative conversation.
The only thing was the sofa care plan was perhaps a little pushy, however I work in sales myself and understand the nature of this.
Incredibly polite and helpful, informative, able to ask every question, and gave us as much space as we needed.
Very good experience.

In store service was excellent. Staff were not in anyway pushy, stood back until approached. Went through all of the options simply and were helpful from start to finish. Looking forward to delivery which is being updated regularly to keep me in the loop.
