DFS Furniture - Swindon Arvostelua 

Just wanted to know other people dilvery experience,waited allmost 2 -months for my sofa to be dilvered turned up and driver said it would not fit through my door I have 2 choice we taken it back and your get a refund or leave it there , explained I've got kids and we moved in so got no sofa for them to sit on so went went with option to leave it,called my brother to help and took side box off and fitted through the door 🚪 £129 wasted for dilvery and fitting and take rubbish away.DFS answer today we can't do any refund or partial refund due to dilvery being grey area ...

On my initial visit, I was asked what I was looking for and why and where it's going. Those 3 questions became vitally important in deciding the sofas I ordered. Everything was explained to me to a level that put my mind at ease. Today I returned to order my two sofas, I couldn't see the gentleman that originally help me so asked someone else for help with the order... This man asked me to describe who previously helped me and sought him out, proving to me that DFS staff don't just help their customers, they respect eachother too.
Upon being reunited, it was explained to me how to care for the particular sofas I'd chosen to ensure their longevity and we laughed and joked throughout the process. As someone who has spent over a decade in sales myself, I really appreciate being seen to by a human, not just a company. Sofas are one of those purchases where the customer walks out with a £3k shaped hole in a pocket and sees nothing for 12 weeks... Today's experience however was the highlight of my day, thank you!

I went to DFS Sofas and had a great experience. The helper who assisted me was excellent. She was very polite, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed or pressured. Her patience, knowledge, and positive attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. She provided outstanding customer service, and I really appreciated all of her help. I would happily recommend DFS Sofas because of the excellent service she gave me.

Ordered the Orka Velvet sofa from DFS, timing was pretty perfect and delivery was spot on and arranged and sorted without any hassle! Cannot fault the product or the service in my personal opinion!!!!
Delivery men called before coming and put together the sofa in desired place!!!

Really friendly staff that didnt approach you as soon as you walked in the door which I really like. Gave us enough time to browse. Really simplifies the purchase and didnt try and con us into spending more money on extra additions. 10/10

The lady that served us [sorry I’ve forgotten her name] was full of knowledge on the cinema sofa we were looking at. She answered some questions and asked if she could get us a coffee to make it feel more like we were at home and could get comfy to get the real feel. She came back about 10 mins later to see how we were getting on. We said we would like to go ahead with applying for credit for the sofa. She went through all the details , credit, extended cover, charity raffle [ of which we also did 3 yrs a go on our last sofa ] . I had a bit of confusion on the colour so she said that there was a sofa upstairs in the colour we wanted and took me to have a look to confirm. I had got the colour wrong so was perfect she took the time to make sure we were happy with the colour. Then she got a team member just to check all the details taken were correct. I can’t fault the service that she gave us . Thank you.

The staff were absolutely lovely—so friendly, welcoming, and engaging from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly patient and playful with my little one, which made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. We were also served delicious hot drinks, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The customer service was outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and I'll definitely be visiting again! I met Jason so lovely!

We were greeted and helped by the lovely Jason, who was able to hold off on his secrete passion of Trains and Vacuums, to assist with our questions on purchasing a new Sofa and Chair. Great store, we've been a couple of times to look around, staff are always friendly and checking if we need anything or if we had specific questions about the furniture.
