DFS Furniture - Sunderland Arvostelua 

Last week Me & my partner visited the Sunderland store to view the corner sofas. We were undecided on which one we wanted, so the next day when I decided I rang up to place an order. A few days later I decided to call back over to the showroom & get a bit advice from someone as I thought I'd ordered too many scatter cushions . When the man put my details in the I-pad & he realised I'd ordered over the phone he said sorry I can't help you. If you need any help you'll have to ring Rebecca who you placed the order with & he just walked away from me . I was disgusted at the bad customer service. It's all the same company so regardless of who I'd ordered with , someone in the store should have helped me considering I was spending £4300 with them . I cancelled the order & I'll spend my money in s shop where they have better customer service .

i'm a repeat customer and the staff recognised me from two years ago,very polite staff,and they helped us come to the right decision for our needs once we explained what we were looking for.

On arrival we were met in the store by Lindsay who made us feel very welcome. We bought a king size mattress, 4 dining chairs and recliner with footstool. Lindsay knew her products well and she answered all our questions to our satisfaction. I believe, that to have knowledgeable and friendly staff is a definite asset for DFS.

Lauren was lovely. Explained everything to us. Very pleasant, polite and courteous. We are extremely happy with our choice. We would definitely recommend DFS to friends and family.

On the 3rd visit we decided to make the purchase! Every visit we encountered friendly and helpful staff who took the time to make suggestions that fitted our specific requirements! We were made to feel welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Emma, Lee and Sam who all took time with us and did not apply any pressure at all which was amazing!

Husband and I today she was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I also work in a showroom environment and I know how important it is to connect with the consumer and she nailed it.

The staff were very helpful, patient and friendly, particularly Lauren who answered all the 10,000 questions from my 4 year old.
