I knew what I wanted when I walked into…
I knew what I wanted when I walked into the store as I’d done my research. Once a member of staff approached (Ben) they didn’t try to change or force my mind about a more expensive sofa and instead made the process seamless whilst giving me all available options to me. Overall rather straight forward and easy process.

Not do as they promise
Had to order online as disability prevents me from visiting store I was unable to order fabric samples I posted feedback and customer services reached out and said they would send fabric samples nothing has been received
They talk the talk but fail to deliver very worried about my sofa’s now

Great customer service and knowledge
Although I already knew the furniture I wanted, Tito was my sales advisor and he was very helpful and went above and beyond to explain certain things that I wasn't aware of and broke everything down for me to understand. I appreciated his sense of humour and his knowledge. Great salesman! 😁

Amazing service
Been meaning to buy a sofa for weeks now but I was too busy to go in store and choose one. With the sales on I didn't want to miss out so I had no choice but to do a video call for some expert help on the colours of the sofas I had in my basket. By luck I got the wonderful Tito assisting me. He was amazing, super professional, really patient and kind. He went through all the colours and textures I had in mind, talked me through it all without any rush and made the whole thing so easy. After weeks of stalling I finally picked the perfect one thanks to him. I’m sooo happy and truly grateful for his help!!
