Excellent customer service
I visited the store to look at a specific sofa and Maddie was very helpful and explained about the different options for cushion fillings and sofa legs. She made the experience very enjoyable.

More than pleased.
Lovely not to be hassled as soon as we walked through the door. After strolling around, we made a selection and found Debbie who was very approachable, friendly and helpful without being pushy. She ensured we knew advantages/disadvantages of types of materials and fillings and aftercare.
The coffee was an added bonus.

“Better to buy online”
Went to try out sofas in store and was approached by a member of staff who advised us that there were more online. I found a sofa I liked and we went home to order the same exact one along with a sofa-bed. I was quite surprised by this approach, as I would have expected more support and guidance in-store when making such a significant purchase.
