It was a great experience in the store. We were looked after with a friendly, experienced sales person who answered all of our questions

Sales assistant was very helpful and listened to what my mum wanted.

Upon entering the DFS Poole branch looking for a sofa, I was allowed to browse at my leisure before a sales person called Francis helped me further by offering her great knowledge of the vast array of products in the store. She helped also by listening to my requirements and showing me the sofas which might suit. All in all buying a sofa from DFS was made a very pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your Poole store.

I found the sofa bed I wanted very quickly with the expert help from Frances at DFS Poole. Frances was most helpful explaining about the 5 year accidental warranty and the care clean kit. She also advised about buying the foot stool at the same time as the sofa bed as there was a chance the fabrics could be slightly different if ordered later on. Frances was charming and well suited to her customer care/sales role. Thank you very much.

Daniel introduced himself and gave us time to look around when we found the sofa we wanted he was very polite and not pushy. Spent time going over everything in a clear relaxed way ( the coffee helped ).
We were happy not to visit other sofa stores and purchased what we needed.

We visited the DFS showroom in Poole and were helped by Dan while choosing a new sofa and coffee table. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all our questions, explain the different options, and help us find pieces that suited our needs and budget.

What really stood out was how kind and friendly he was to our toddlers. Shopping with young children isn’t always easy, but Dan made us all feel welcome and was great with them throughout our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable for us.

We ended up purchasing a sofa and a coffee table and left feeling confident in our choices. Excellent customer service from start to finish - professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, Dan, for making our visit such a positive experience. We’d happily recommend the Poole DFS showroom to others.

Julian Boughton was one on the nice person I've meet in a long time, he was knowledgeable and a delightful you could sit and talk to for hours, the experience was like an old friend catch up and not a sales person trying to meet his targets

We had an amazing experience while buying our sofa and a couple of other items, and Sebastian was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions and guide us on what would work best with the sofa, including cover etc.
What we appreciated most was that Sebastian never made us feel pressured to buy straight away. Instead, he encouraged us to go home, take measurements, think everything through, and come back when we were ready. That level of honesty, professionalism, and customer care made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free 😊

Lauren who assisted us, with purchases was very friendly and knowledgable, upsold products to us, which we were happy with, offered coffee or other refreshment. She was very personable.
We were initially only purchasing beds. However we decided to buy the sofa we were originally purchasing from furniture village , as Lauren did her job so well.
