Excellent service from Little Josh
Excellent service from Little Josh, demonstrated the sofa bed. Explained everything we needed to know clearly and checked that we had understood. There was no pressure at all.

Customer service excellence from DFS
Sham who took our sofa order was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. She took us through all the questions we had with consummate ease and knowledge making the experience pleasant and stress free. Sham is a credit to DFS we hadn't bought furniture from a store for a while and thanks to Sham all was simply dealt with.

First class experience
The sales team allowed us to shop without pestering us, which was perfect. Once we did want help and needed to place an order, Tall Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
