Honestly, a bad experience from start to finish and now stuck with a 1k sofa that already looks worn.
I got the Somerford in forest green chenille. The seat pads already look worn and dull after 2 months. The fabric really doesn't lend itself to be sat on!! Which of course, for a sofa isn't good!! Dfs sent someone out who just kept saying, "that's just how it is" and was unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all that id spent a grand on a sofa that 2 months in, looks pretty bad. Honestly, I dont how they've got so many good reviews. I was given incorrect information from the start. I was messed about and staff dont seem to have a clue. Dfs do not care about the customer and refuse to do anything about this issue. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. I've heard a lot of accounts of poor quality furniture, even if they get good reviews, i know of many dissatisfied customers.

Just ordered my new sofa, the Sales assistant was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions & queries.

We visited the store on two occasions during our journey in selecting the furniture we required.
We were never pestered or pressured, but received constructive advice when we asked for it.
This resulted in us being really contented with our final choice.

Our experience, walked into the store and made very welcome from the start . We had some idea what we wanted knowing we had choices of other outlets around DFS . We also knew we were looking at potentially five settees, at this point nobody knew of this simply we were looking at settees. It wasn’t long before myself and my wife had full confidence in the salesman. After picking two settees for our kitchen diner we took extra time to place an order for three more . Never once did the salesman force any issues generally incredibly helpful throughout our experience.

Blaze was super helpful and patient while our toddler made the process infinitely more difficult than it needed to be.

We had a fantastic experience at DFS today thanks to Ben and Blaise. They were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process of choosing our new sofa. They took the time to answer all of our questions, offered helpful advice without being pushy, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

Their excellent customer service made what could have been a difficult decision so much easier. We’re absolutely delighted with our purchase and really appreciate all of their help. Ben and Blaise are a real credit to the DFS team. Thank you both!
