Very informative and new all about the product

The best thing was that I wasn't harassed, as is the case in many furniture stores, even though I was in there a long time trying out lots of different sofas before making a decision. The sales person was very informative when asked, very friendly, patient with my indecision and efficient. The product I eventually settled for from the Country Living range seems to be of good quality, looks very stylish and we look forward to seeing it in our home.

From the moment we walked in the sales assistant was very helpful in telling us all the details regarding whichever sofa we wanted to see acting professionally and efficiently will definitely recommend going to the branch in huddersfield

I bought an expensive sofa from DFS and was advised to take out Guardsman insurance, which I did without hesitation. A few years later, when issues arose, I made a claim and an inspector visited—but I received no follow-up. I later discovered via the portal that my claim had been closed without any notification. When I called, I was simply told the damage wasn’t covered. Very disappointing experience—it feels like I paid for nothing. I’d advise others to be cautious before purchasing this policy.

Our visit today was great, great customer service and all round extremely efficient service.

Having visited your huddersfield branch yesterday,we were greeted on arrival,asked politely if we needed any assistance, we replied we were fine,(how refreshing not to be pestered)! after choosing the possible suite we wanted,the young lady gave us all the relevant info we needed,we returned today, and purchased our furniture by yet another professional and courteous assistant, the young man was exceptional in the service he gave,we highly recommend your shop and are lucky to have such an amazing team,thank you from Mr and mrs Armitage.

The young woman who served my wife and I, Sara, was very professional and more importantly, to my wife and myself, very patient, but not pushy.
We looked at various two and three seater chairs and Sara was able to answer all the questions we put to her to our satisfaction.
We would have no problem visiting your store again and perhaps next time we may even be offered a coffee.

The sales women she was excellent at her job very knowledgeable very kind and outstanding it was a long journey to the store in Huddersfield but well worth it I can’t sing her praises high enough first class service and as well as the other team perfect experience from entering the store to leaving.
