The sales person for Nigel Carpenter was so patient and helpful given that Nigel is on the spectrum for autism and asked lots of questions.

Friendly & helpful staff with no pressure to purchase.
We were looking for a riser recliner chair with a 2 seater settee recliner to match. DFS had exactly what we wanted & was, for us, much more comfortable than other sofa's we had seen. Paul was very friendly & helpful. Even had a coffee whilst we took our time to make our decision.
