Excellent sales person we were not pushed to make a decision just helpful advice. We went to a another competitor and were just swamped by two sales personnel so we left them straight away.

I had an excellent experience in DFS. The shop had a great layout and it wasn’t long before a member of staff offered help and ended up spending about 45 minutes with me, going through my options, answering all of my questions and ordering my sofa bed.
