A great store staff all round
Laura was fantastic in answering all our questions when we first came into see the sofa (that we saw advertised in The Times). And then once we’d done our measurements, Isabella was great in guiding us through the process of ordering, the 4 year payment deal and even choosing a rug to go with the sofa!

APSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY!! Paid balance was given a delivery date and old sofa gone .. was called to confirm delivery and i can relax but still no sofa 😡😡 i have no where to sit and not well enough to sit on a hard chair !!! I was promised the 18th ..? Soo soo upset 😢 😂😂😂😂😂

DFS helped us select the perfect colour sofa
We recently visited DFS knowing which sofa we wanted but we weren’t sure about the colour. A lady came upto us and asked us what we were looking for, we told her a 3 seater fabric sofa. She explained where they were in the shop and then left us to look around which was really nice, when we were ready we went and found her and we were told everything we needed to know and put in an order.
