I did have difficulties trying to get in touch with him again as there wasn’t a way to speak to him personally. Eventually after much frustration the person I had spoken to in your central department arranged for him to call me as I don’t live near your store and couldn’t get in before the weekend.

Stephen made this experience very easy as he was not pushy he listened to us and gave us help and advice.We were shown around the store in Haverfordwest and as we were looking for a recliner sofa and chair.
There was a great selection and we were encouraged to sit on them and use the electric recliners.
We were offered a drink which was a great gesture.
