Very helpful made the whole experience easy with no problems.

We have been in a few times to DFS mainly for other people but this time was for us and the staff were really helpful, respectful and not pushy. We were able to look around the store at our own pace and didn’t feel like we was being watched or followed.
We dealt with Billy on this occasion as he greeted us when we first came in. He was so professional, relatable and really helpful throughout. Made spending a lot of money really easy and quick (surprisingly pain free too).
Excited to receive my sofa in a few months.

Great choice of furniture, fabrics and styles. Super helpful staff - we spoke to Sylvia who was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on how to decide on which colour fabric. Would recommend this shop for anyone looking for a stylish sofa!

Only downside I have is all the added extras, and delivery that are not included in the price
I asked if there was any military discount that could be applied and was told there wasn’t. That’s a shame as if there was I would have purchased a footstool to go along with my sofa
