Neil was absolutely fantastic. We came back specially to see him and buy the sofa via him. Hope he enjoys his holiday, he's earned it.

Very helpful sales assistant (Ryan) also very pleasant and friendly.

Great choice of sofas, tables etc.

We liked that the staff member was actively looking to help but was not pushy at all. Explained things well and we found him easy to deal with. Was very knowledgeable and we did buy additional features because he explained them well. This was the initial staff member, not the senior member of staff who ran through things with us again - bit odd and unnecessary.

Excellent from start to finish. Neil was very professional and very knowledgeable and helpful.

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by 2 friendly members of staff asking if I needed any assistance.
I was looking for a specific sofa to try out (Somerford double chaise)
and George was more than happy to take me round to it.
George was friendly and approachable and gave me great help and advice around the right options for my sofa.
He offered coffee and hot chocolate to my daughter whom I had with me.
Throughout the whole interaction, George was very helpful and positive.
I ended up purchasing the sofa in store, thanks to George's support!

I was amazed at how many different types of sofas you had. The sales guy can't remember his name was very helpful.

Bought furniture from DFS with claims of express options, only to face months of delay, inconsistent tracking, and a delivery team that arrived well outside the agreed slot. To top it off, when a Subject Access Request was submitted for the initial sales call, DFS claimed the recording was "unable to be provided".
Once they have your money, customer service and transparency vanish completely. Avoid at all costs.

Update: DFS replied below asking for an order number. For the record, this matter has already been escalated to the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman (Ref: WCZR57790 / Q187958). DFS is fully aware of who I am and has all my details. This generic reply only proves their lack of internal communication once again.

Promised two-week delivery, then delayed it. Very disappointing and unreliable service.

On entering the store yesterday we were welcomed by a lovely gentleman. We looked around without any pressure and when we were ready to ask questions approached by a lovely lady who answered our questions professionally and we purchased a New Tamla.

Took the time to really understand what we wanted and make relevant recommendations

Karina at Milton Link DFS Edinburgh could not have been more friendly and helpful. I came in this weekend with no idea where to start, just that I know I need a new sofa! She talked me through all of the fabric, colour and sizing options available. Let me browse at my own pace and stepped in where needed. She works with a smile on her face and she made the whole experience relaxed from start to finish. Thank you Karina!! I’ve come away with a lot of options to consider and I feel well informed :)
