Went into Droitwich store today to purchase a new sofa for my son/daughter in law. The lady paisley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and the purchase was very fast and straightforward. Thankyou so much

Poor customer service.
My partner and I were served by Michelle. Throughout the whole process, she came across as very patronizing and condescending, and we felt as though she was talking down to us. Towards the end, when she asked about our jobs, the way she acted changed and she began to speak to us normally and feel as though we were spoken to initially like that due to looking young. Very poor customer service and I can honestly say I've never been spoken to like this.

Having looked at all your sofas (refreshingly having not been pounced on by over-zealous sales people) we chose the first one we had seen!

We half knew what we wanted but she was just brilliant at helping us choose, she was super thorough and did well to keep me sure of what I wanted as I am rather impulsive!! Thanks Paisley.
Store is well laid out, we didn’t feel pressured or pounced on the whole time we were there either.

Above and beyond service
The assistant who helped us with our purchase went out of her way to find what we wanted and to ensure that we had the correct product. We were purchasing a leather cleaning kit for our expensive settee so purchasing the right product was essential.
