Very happy customer
I was about to give up looking for a sofa because I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted and was just about to leave the store feeling very disappointed when I was approached by a very pleasant young lady called Leila who offered to help me. She asked what I was looking for and took me straight to the style sofa I had described , looked up the exact configuration and colour options and found exactly what I wanted. I came away feeling quite elated and excited to wait for the delivery

Excellent service
We had an excellent experience in DFS this morning. The salesman was really friendly, welcoming to our dog and made the process smooth. He wasn't pushy at all and put us at ease. Really excited for our new sofas as well 😁
