DFS Furniture - Chelmsford Arvostelua 

Saw a sofa we liked online and decided to see it in person to make sure it was the right one for us. Alex was very polite and cheerful and spoke to us about the sofa and we decided to go ahead, Alex was very professional and thorough with regards to the delivery, extra care etc.

After visiting DfS a week previously we went back, knew who we needed to talk to- Stephen. He remembered us, we knew exactly what sofas we wanted. From start to finish less than an hour. Stephen was very thorough, explaining delivery & process. Very pleasant experience. Thankyou!

We recently visited DFS Chelmsford to buy our first sofa, and Alex made the whole experience an absolute breeze.

What stood out straight away was that he gave us space to browse without immediately approaching us with a sales pitch. After noticing we were looking around, he came over and explained that he could see we were interested but didn’t want to jump straight into selling to us, which we really appreciated.

Once we found the sofa we loved, Alex was incredibly kind, caring, and personable. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. Instead, he took the time to understand why we wanted a new sofa, why we had chosen that particular model, whether we had measured our space properly, and how we planned to use our new corner sofa.

He carefully explained everything, including all the terms and conditions, making sure we fully understood what we were purchasing. His knowledge, patience, and genuine interest in helping us find the right sofa made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decision.

Buying your first sofa can feel a little daunting, but Alex made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Outstanding customer service from start to finish — we owe him a pint!

Worst experience in the store with the agent we was just ready to buy rhe sofa and he confused us with prices and promotions so at the end of 2 hours qe walked away without sofa and angry and disappointed (( not professional at well deom this point
