Megan was amazing and soooo patient while I had a toss up between three sofas.
Service was brilliant and informative

Was genuinely nice to not be harassed the second you walk through the door. I was able to look in peace before hand.

The guy we had was genuinely lovely and honest. Didn’t mess around and was kind enough to help even when my children were there.

Great service everything well explained

The staff were very pleasant throughout our visit, we had numerous questions which they didn’t hesitate to answer. We had our daughter with us who they were engaging with and entertaining during our visit and they were very helpful and practical with our decision making

Honest and helpful

Ordering online has been really easy, I called a lady who was very helpful as I had a query before I purchased. I went in to the store in Brigg hoping to purchase my sofa but the two gentleman who were working there were too bothered sitting on one of the sofa's chatting to ask if I needed any help. Wether it was because I was on my own with my 2 young children and they assumed I wouldn't be purchasing or they just couldn't be bothered who knows but we were in the store for at least 15 minutes and we clocked eyes at least 3 times and not once did they come over.

Purchased 2 sofas (different types) and an armchair and after a few months we experienced piling or bobbling on one of the sofas (Fontaine) and contacted Customer Service and a visit was arranged, a few days later later I got a call from a different person informing me that this is to be expected and the visit would be cancelled as there would be nothing they could do, they told me I would need to purchase a piling removal tool and fix it myself!! Obviously the material used on this sofa is not fit for purpose and I was not informed about this issue at purchase or I would not on bought it, I’ve bought many sofas form DFS in the past but no more, god knows what it will look like in 3yrs time when I finish paying for it

Ordered our new sofa today, sales team where very friendly, and not at all pushy, we dealt with Colin who was very knowledgeable and answered all questions that we asked, when sofa arrived 2 cushions where wrong, we contacted the showroom, and was told it was our fault, even though we didn't order this colour, Colin the salesman, was very rude and patronising towards my partner, should have guessed this,as he told us not to forget the review, as he gets a bonus from these, collected the cushions today, walked through door, and another gentleman was complaining, approached the salesman (Colin), to ask why he was rude to my partner turned around and walked into his office, definitely wouldn't order from this salesman AGAIN,
