We had a great experience with Jimmy at DFS Birmingham. We visited DFS as a friend of ours bought from DFS and we loved the sofa. Jimmy was patient and explained the difference between the models. We went back another day to finally buy the sofa and the staff was gracious to stay another 20 min post closure time to wrap things up. The other staff at DFS Birmingham were quite friendly as well.

Had a really lovely experience. We were welcomed at the door which we didnt get in other places, but were given time to explore on our own and consider our options. We had a good level of engagement with the staff especially Jimmy. We were given alternative options on sofas which would be best for our home. Jimmy was very informative, clear and professional.

Jimmy took the time to show us around, explain the different fabric options and went through the care and maintenance instructions. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach made choosing our furniture so much easier.
