We were greeted at the door when we arrived and was given all information that we needed to brouse around the shop floor when we decide on what 3piece suite that we liked we were supplied professionaly with all the info and prices for different combinations of how we could have the suite and all combinations of how to pay after we ordered suite thank you

Asha from basildon store was absolutely fantastic. She worked so hard to help me locate a sofa on clearance and I felt she really cared about my needs and went above and beyond.

Great selection, great staff
We had a very good experience with DFS, it started from the moment Dawn greeted us at the door, the store had many options to choose from, and the furniture displayed was stylish, seemed durable and of a good quality. We made 2 visits to the strore, staff were pleasant, Dawn in particular, who remained with us during both visits, was very kind, helpful, and always offered us coffee. It is not the furniture or the coffee that made our experience remarkable; one of the pieces we were interested in which my wife really liked, was not immediately available, and we needed to have a special arrangement before we could go ahead with the purchase, this required back and forth email communications that spanned over a week, again, it was Dawn who kindly provided her direct DFS email, chased the matter and always replied promptly till the issue was resolved and we finally managed to get what we were after. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend.
