The sofabed corner unit we chose does not fit through a standard doorway. DFS took our payment instantly despite us needing to notify them to go ahead.

We were left to browse for a while and then we were approached by the sales person Tim. Tim was very informative and had great customer service skills. He gave us advice on how to keep the furniture in the best condition and about the care package.

Had bad experience with a fellow…
Had bad experience with a fellow furniture store, so decided to try DFS and soon as we walked in, felt totally different. We were left to browse at our own comfort and offered a coffee whilst looking. Then we spoke to Sales Advisor we were certainly not pressured, but he was very informative and gave his several options etc. We finally decided to go ahead and purchase a new sofa. Whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Would recommend DFS to anyone.

Great Experience In Barnstaple DFS
I went into my local store, wandered around and looked at different furniture, a really genuine person chatted with me and wanted to know if I had any ideas and then helped me work through them which gave me more clarity and made my experience in there really positive not overwhelming.... I chose minimal pieces and didn't feel pressured or encouraged to buy more than I wanted .. Beautiful Furniture , just waiting for delivery which for me was 5 wks from ordering..
I did think the delivery is too much.
