Agree with previous reviews about customer service being non-existent. Returned coat which Royal Mail tried to deliver to them on the 18th of December. Unable to make the delivery assume they were closed but this is supposed to be a business!! What a joke. They then didn’t pick up the parcel at the local delivery office. Royal Mail then sent it back to Liverpool to try and find sender!! Assuming this is now lost! I’ve been trying to get hold of the company, unable to on the phone just constant engaged tone as other reviews have stated. As a consumer I did everything for the return correctly and I’m still waiting for a refund. Appalling customer service.

UPDATE- I have sent you proof of the tracking from Royal Mail. Looking at other reviews I’m clearly not the only one!! Why are you not refunding as per your terms and conditions. This is disgraceful when the consumers have done everything required this is on you as a business.

my order arrived 31/12/25 on opening i noticed that one item was missing so immediately sent an email to say what was missing. as i didn't hear back after a couple of days I sent another email the reply I received was was just the original tracking number to say the order had been delivered. really dissatisfied as to how this company has not even attempted to resolve this issue

Absolutely shocking ordered payed for before Christmas still waiting now requesting a full refund will never purchase anything from these again

Sadly not impressed. I ordered a pair of trainers in my usual size, which are extremely small. Having contacted Designerwear regarding returning them, I was told that this particular brand comes up small, and I should have ordered a size up. Nowhere on the website was this stated. When selecting the size, there were no notes to advise customers of this particular brand sizing issue. I have been told that as they're not 'faulty' I not only have to pay to return them, but I will also lose the initial delivery costs. As a customer purchasing an item in my normal size, I think it is wholly unfair that the onus should fall on me, financially, to put things right. If you are able to tell me via email that Victoria trainers require a 'size-up', therefore are clearly aware of this issue, surely this should be made very clear at the point of size selection? I have replied to your email questioning this, and currently await a reply.

In response, yes I did order a 7; and yes I was sent a 7 however, had you made it clear that there were known sizing issues with this specific brand, at the point of sale, I would have sized up. I stand by the fact that it is wholly unfair to expect a customer to loose out financially for something you, as a Company, choose not to make your Customers aware of. From a Customer Service perspective, maybe it would be fairer to advise consumers of matters such as this, and give them the opportunity to avoid being left in such a situation? In the meantime I will be looking into where the onus lies, ie with a Business to be upfront and accurate with descriptions when selling items, or if it is fair and reasonable to expect the customer to research and establish if what is being advertised is in fact accurate. As far as I can see, you withheld important information which would have impacted this purchase, in turn breaching Consumer Rights. This is not an issue that is new to you, this is a information you deemed unimportant and not worthy of passing on, making the item 'not fit for purpose'.

Please avoid buying from this company. They do not respond to emails and phone line is continuously engaged so the phones are off the hook. I haven’t received item when I paid next day delivery. It’s been a week that I have chased but still no response. Worst customer services experience as they mustn’t have a department.
