Absolutely amazing savings, used this site several times can’t believe how cheap it is. Definitely be buying more items.

I would like to give Designerwear.co.uk zero,
Mainly for their lack of integrity Having seen their offer of
25% off site wide, I spent hours trying to enable this offer, having received two very negative responses I then sent forward my opinion regarding this offer [ pointing out to them that having spent three years studying RETAIL LAW their response to me was in breach of the Consumer Rights Act.I have now received a message which states that the offer did not apply to intended purchase.
I now note that they have changed the wording on their web site, which substantiates my point, all they had to do was simply to offer me the 25% discount, as per their web page instructions.
Needless to say I will be forwarding this matter to trading standards, there is a principle at stake, its simple when you make a mistake try and put it right for the customer, REALLY POOR.

Returned items for refunding, had confirmation of return and amount to be credited back to me, then received £35 less on the credit than the email said? Emailed twice, nothing....phoned the 'customer' service' number....just beeps, will do a chargeback on my credit card as company uncontactable.
Cheap prices are ok UntiL you have a problem then NO way to contact, AVOID

Customer service is terrible…been a happy customer of theirs for a long time and never had any issues but first time I need help, they don’t want to help….they make things awkward and tell lies.
It was like I was talking to a 2 year old, as the replies were incomprehensible and had nothing to do with the issue I had with my order, wasting my time and theirs-pointless!
They obviously do not know how to deal with customers….
They obviously don’t want a business….
They don’t deserve to have a business…..
When a customer spends over £100 on a pair of trainers, you’d expect good customer service and support if any issues arise, but this company doesn’t realise that and just do NOT give a dam!
You are a DISGRACE….

Bought 2 pairs of 511, one pair slightly lighter than the other. They fit great. They were a great bargain,too. Speedy delivery. I will definitely deal with this company again. Highly recommended.

worst company, have no phones or they dont answer havent responded to any of my emails about a return!

I purchased some jeans from designerwear. Lovely but too big so I had to return. Done so and paid for tracked within the 14 day window. Over a month ago and still no refund. This is after emailing twice and providing proof of delivery. Communication is shocking and I have never waited so long for a refund. Will be avoiding this company forever more.

Some great items at very good prices. Excellent delivery service and free returns. Used them a few times now. Would recommend.

The belstaff cargos are perfect 1st pair of cargo in many many attempts to get a pair that are the size they say they are, my only gripe is i paid for next day delivery at and it took 3 days to deliver and because I liked the cargo trousers so much I bought myself another pair along with a pair a friend wanted, i paid yet again for next day delivery on Thursday just gone and im told again the next day delivery should be Monday 20th April ?? Why are they advertising next day delivery and charging for this but cannot get them here as fast as a 48hr delivery its not on an id like something to be done about this as its not on you pay for something then spend £100s more only day after pay for next day delivery only to be told yesterday itd be taking 4th days to deliver this time. Sought it out Designerwear.co.uk it's charging for something your not delivering on time not even a day lait but 1st it was 3 day and now 4 days delivery for next day payments.

Horrendous service from this company, how they have 4.5 star rating on here I don't know, must pay people to leave good reviews.

Paid for next day delivery for a birthday present on Tuesday within good time for it to be dispatched the same day, we are now on day 3 and the parcel still hasn't arrived. Contact from this company is shocking, they days years to respond to an email, the phone they have just hangs up straight away. I will not be using this company again!

I ordered 4 items and only received 3. The packet of 3 hugo boss teeshirts were not in the box with the rest of the goods I sent an e-mail to them but have had no response. I have used designerwear in the past and thought they are a fantastic company but this time I am very disappointed with their customer services not acknowledging my email abd advising me where the Teeshirts are that I have paid for.

Usually this company is on point however….. the other day I ordered a pair of HAVAIANAS flip flops for my partner and a couple of days later received a full refund with absolutely no explanation at all - just a refund? The email actually gave the impression that I had returned or maybe cancelled the order myself.
I emailed asking why I’d received a refund and was told: Unfortunately the item was stock issued by the warehouse team and we have processed a refund for you.
Not 100% what that means but I assume it was out of stock?
Then received another blunt email saying that it should have been explained in my refund email - obviously it wasn’t.
Overall very blunt and rude

I recently purchased 8 jackets from this retailer, only to find that the price dropped by £8 per item just a few days later. I reached out to customer service requesting a refund for the difference, which is a fairly standard and reasonable request.

They responded saying they would get back to me after consulting with management, that was over a week ago. Since then, I’ve sent a follow-up email which has been completely ignored; whilst simultaneously sending me other emails about ongoing sales.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve seen multiple reviews from other customers reporting serious issues with returns, including claims that items were never received back by the company. Because of this, I don’t feel comfortable returning and repurchasing at the lower price.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no resolution. I genuinely hope the roughly £64 they saved by ignoring this situation was worth the negative review.

Great prices, and amazing customer service. I encountered a problem (not my fault) and got a free returns link for my order. So really great service overall. Very happy!
