Avoid. I received an incomplete order. Got an email asking me to contact them. Phone number provided is permanently engaged. Emails ignored. Still awaiting refund for missing items. Appalling Customer Service. 1 star only awarded as it’s impossible to give zero stars, which is what this company deserve. PayPal now involved to get my money returned. Amateurs-Best Avoided!

Ordered two items next day delivery. Payment taken. A week later no items. Tried calling and emailing multiple times. Had one email response say stock level problem. Then nothing again.

Very disappointed with the Belstaff jacket I received in very poor condition, marked to front and white fluff to outside of jacket it did not appear to be brand new. Packaging very poor for a belstaff jacket just in a plastic mailbag. Item returned the same day as being received. Won’t be back. Very disappointed as it was a bargain price as they say some times it’s just to good to be true! Hopefully the refund will be processed quickly without any issues!

The absolute worst in communication and customer service that I have ever experienced. Paid for 1 day DPD at a premium that turned into earliest arrival 4 days later. Will avoid in future as very poor.

These were not Saucony Jazz, they were very poor imitations. Happy to be refunded, but I would avoid using this site in the future

Although, one of the items I ordered was very good value the other 2 did not fit. I was a little disappointed to have to pay to return them and when I received my refund, it was for a random amount, less than expected. The paperwork made no sense, the delivery note being different to the online order details. I had no breakdown of my refund and despite numerous efforts to contact them I have had no reply.

Bought a shirt t at a very nice price to be fair but it was too big sent back for a smaller size but got a refund instead. Basically cost me 8 quid in postage and return postage to try a shirt on. Rubbish service and no explanation.

I ordered and paid for two pairs of Havaianas and only one pair was shipped. Inside was the invoice for both. The customer service phone number just beeps and then disconnects and I’ve emailed them and done the online customer service thing but had no response. Won’t be shopping here again.

Good quality clothes and very fast delivery

Excellent prices for my purchase of Flower Mountain trainers . Very quick dispatch and arrival . Only scored a mark down as the shoe box was a bit tatty and looked like it had been sent out and retuned a few times before it reached me. Overall very satisfied.
