Great price

Great price, all as described, overall a great stress free experience would definitely recommend Designerwear and will be using them again.

Would be rated 5 stars

Would be rated 5 stars - except that ended up ordering and paying for same item twice. Order looked as if it had gone through, but no email confirmed or anything showing on account. So re-ordered again some time later, and then 2 confirmations came through at same time! But the return process was simple enough and I was so pleased with what I had ordered that I asked for an exchange for the returned item in a different colour!

Big disappointment

I ordered 2 items which went through and payment was taken. The next day I was told both items were out of stock. I then emailed and asked for a refund. No reply. The next day I had a notification from Royal Mail stating my items were due to be delivered in 2 days. I then got a notification from my bank informing me that I’d been refunded for one of the items I’d ordered, still with no correspondence from this company. All in all I’m pretty disappointed with the experience and I wouldn’t order from these again.

Thank you for leaving a review, we can confirm that only one item was stock issued and that item has been refunded. We have checked the warehouse system and we can see that the in stock item has been shipped and collected. We have also checked the tracking and we can see that the order was collected on the 8th November.
