After buying a helmet from an utterly useless supplier this company was excellent. Excellent communication, extremely fast delivery at a great price. Would definitely recommend to everyone. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

I ended up requesting a full refund after being unable to find a suitable helmet. Communication was extremely good and very quick. I received my full refund quickly and with no issues at all. I received a very good service from designer helmets and would recommend them to anyone looking for a helmet.

Paid for the helmet but then got a message saying didn’t have the size advertised. Your website should not take orders for goods you don’t have. Was disappointed.

I ordered my new helmet on designerhelmet.com, since I couldn't find the design I wanted so badly anywhere in switzerland.
Because I didn't get an automated order confirmation (or any confirmation at all), I contacted the support directly. The reply came super fast and all contact I had with the team was very nice.
Shipping was fast as well! Even though I was sceptical ordering a helmet overseas, it came fast and without any issues. I could see myself buying a helmet again in the future.

Showed product in stock on website and let me purchase. Item was not in stock and had to wait for back order before shipping.
Good communication though and email sent when item sent.

A quality bit of kit. It certainly doesn't pay to buy sub standard crapola from chinese ebay sellers! You can tell the difference in quality straight away. Free delivery on top of that.
