Je suis ravis de mon achat et je recommande fortement ce site. Le service client a été d’une réactivité et d’un professionnalisme sans pareils j’avais une demande bien précise et ils ont tout mis en œuvre pour me satisfaire. Je leur dis un grand merci car franchement c’était pas évident du tout. Je recommande fortement ce site et je ferai sans doute de nouveaux achats très rapidement.

Achat effectué d’un meuble, depuis devenue introuvable et pour lequel j’ai due écumer la toile sans résultat jusqu’à tombé sur ce site . Je suis ravie d’avoir enfin trouvé cette perle rare et remercie grandement ce site et son service client pour avoir enfin trouvé ce coup de cœur introuvable . Délais de livraison et respect des transporteurs pour ce petit bijou, au top …🙏👍🏻

On 24 June 2023, I paid €575 for a piece of furniture. Nine weeks later, the furniture has still not arrived, nor is there an estimated date of delivery. I received an email on 3 August 2023 saying that the "vendor is on holidays. The furniture will de delivered next week". Nothing happened ever since.

J’ai passé commande pour une magnifique peinture (article dispo au moment de mon achat). 15 jours plus tard, une certaine Karima me contacte pour me dire que mon article a été vendu et me propose d’autres choix par mail… je choisis, 48 h après aucun retour de cette Karima. J’appelle 4x le site pour un remboursement, ils me trouvent milles excuses! A ce jour (5 semaines) aucunes nouvelles de mon remboursement!
Fuyez se site, c’est que du marketing, ils connaissent absolument rien dans l’art!
Ce sont que des commerciaux absolument pas correct!

This company is terrible. We ordered a set of 6 stackable chairs from them 2 1/2 months ago and there has been zero updates on delivery status. For the thousands of dollars paid it is shocking to see a company take so little initiative. Over the course a near 30 email correspondence we were told countless times that they were "working on delivery" and there would be a solution or update by "end of week" only for the next week to come with no updates. I would strongly warn anyone considering to order from this website to avoid it at all costs. We recently decided to simply go with another vendor to purchase the pieces we were looking for and asked for a refund. Of course, it has now been another week of zero reply's to our ask to cancel the order and refund the purchase. THANK GOD we paid through PayPal and should be safe but as we have not heard anything from them we did have to initiate a dispute. I have no doubts they will go out of business because this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!!!!!

I ordered and paid for a small side table in November 2022. After a 4-5 months wait and some correspondence Design-market said that the table couldn't be delivered anymore and promised a full refund. Shortly thereafter they marked the case as "Refunded" but I haven't received any money back to this day. I have now opened a case on Paypal; maybe this will help.

BEWARE!

I ordered several items through their site. Two items were cancelled by them as they were no longer available. And even though they said I would get a refund, I am still waiting 3 months later. Just opened a case with Paypal so hoping I get my money back.

Dear Design Market, in response to your message below, my credit card company say that have not received any re-imbursment from you. The refund issue is still on going and I would appreciate you getting it resolved with speed.

I urge everyone to avoid this company. I bought two lamps and they charged me £100 for delivery plus another £40 for custom taxes, despite their UK facing site stating that all the custom taxes and fees are included. I questioned them and asked for this £40 to be refunded and they have never replied.
I also then wanted to send the items back (which their website states I can do, within 14 days) 'and money back guaranteed' but they are ignoring my messages about this too. They claim that they will explain where I am supposed to send the items to but this was over a week ago. I keep sending emails and messages on their Facebook page and they are not replying. Absolute scammers, and appalling customer service. I would give them 0 stars- I deeply regret dealing with them.

They replied to me below- just goes to show their customer service is a joke, because I returned the items to them and was told I would be refunded last week- I have this in writing so I will definitely seek legal advice if I don't get my money back. Still no sign of the refund BTW.

Achat d'un très beau mobilier de salon le 6 mai, paiement de 1400 euros. J'indique au service client le créneau de livraison, on me dit pas de problème. Le 23 mai, soit 17 jours après la commande (!), On me dit que finalement le mobilier n'est plus disponible...

Edit 25 mai : je rajoute une étoile car le service client a eu la courtoisie de me contacter pour m’indiquer le remboursement immédiat et expliquer les raisons de l’indisponibilité tardive.

Chair ordered 29.11., its 5 months already from paying it, no information at all, still no chair, 3 or 4 messages how can you help me and when I answer, there is no answer back

I received a call from David Mimouni from France who sincerely and repeatedly explained to me the procedure of Design Market regarding the refund which they need 14 working days to process the refund. I understand that Design Market has its own policy, but if I had been informed about the delays in the first place, there would be no misunderstanding, as the normal refund process should be immediate when you cancelled my order. I appreciated that Design Market respects its customers in the end. Thank you very much for your explanation.

The shipping costs advertised on this website are exorbitant! Although I supposedly have a "trade" representative ... I have sent her several emails over 4 days with no response at all. For a platform that sells very expensive items .. they are not communicative or responsive in any way - too risky!!
