Is the most professional Dental experience I have ever had . Firstly I saw the reviews were excellent on line so I decided to book with them .
When I arrived in Turkiye from the moment I landed they were at my feet to assist . They took me from the hotel to the dental hospital every appointment with care and attention.
The whole team there are so kind and accommodating . The whole experience with the dentist was amazing . He was gently no pain whatsoever made me feel comfortable whilst I was getting work done
My teeth look fabulous . And now I will be recommending this akademi to everyone . I will be definitely be visiting again for dental care . Thank you forever grateful

I travelled from England to Turkey to get my teeth done and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome from start to finish the team have been brilliant from the get go from the minute I first booked my appointment with them to leaving and coming home. I’d advise anyone who’s looking at getting any work done to 100% consider coming to these experts. I dealt with a person called Abdullah right from the start to the end of my treatment and he was phenomenal with communication and getting things put in order.

My experience with the dentist in Turkey was honestly incredible. I went for seven days and had all my teeth replaced with full crowns.

From the moment I landed, everything was taken care of — the hotel, the food, the transport. I didn’t have to stress about a single thing. The service was thoughtful and professional, but also warm in a way that made the whole trip feel more like a retreat than a dental visit.

They made sure every part of the treatment was done properly, with care and precision, and I never felt rushed or left in the dark. It was way more than just dental work — it was a full, reassuring experience from start to finish.

What stood out most was how personal and attentive everything felt. The team constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, explained each step clearly, and took time to get things just right.

The clinic itself was spotless, modern, and honestly more advanced than some I’ve seen back home.

Even the small details... like being greeted with a smile, or being offered tea while I waited — made a difference.

By the end of the week, not only were my teeth transformed, but I felt genuinely cared for. I would recommend Doctor Sefarli, and his team of Omar and Fadeeh in a heartbeat.

Excellent service, excellent facilities, excellent communication throughout the whole process. From the initial contact by phone through to my first and second visits the staff were amazing, informative, helpful.
Abdullah was my first point of contact and my guide through the whole experience, he answered all my questions no matter what time of day or night, arranged all the transfers and explained all the up coming procedures. Fadi was another constant support, on my initial visit when I was having doubts about even starting, it was Fadi who encouraged me and settled my nerves which allowed to start.
I had all my teeth extracted on that day because of his quiet confidence and reassurance.
The dentists were very professional, took pride in their work but also cared for their patients. Support staff always made us feel welcome and communication was never a problem. A great experience, A great clinic with great people.

I came here from UK to implant a tooth. Hallo mijn naam is Anny. Ik ben in contact gekomen met Dentakademi Istanbul september 2024 met Abdullah. Een zeer aangename man met veel ervaring in begeleiden van mensen die een tandheelkundige ingreep willen doen in Istanbul. September 2024 ben ik naar Istanbul gegaan om sygoma implantaten te laten zetten. Ik werd goed begeleid van vlieghaven naar hotel, Dentakademi en ziekenhuis. Zygoma implantaten laten zetten is een grote operatie maar werd goed behandeld door Dentakademi medewerkers. Ik heb een voorlopige brug met tanden gekregen en naar huis gegaan om volledig te kunnen herstellen. In april 2025 ben ik terug gegaan voor de definitieve tanden te laten plaatsen en ook hier weer goed behandeld en goed voorbereid door de medewerkers ben Dentakademi. De tandarts van Dentakademi heeft mij zeer goed geholpen en mij weer een stralende smile heeft gegeven en zoveel zelfvertrouwen. Ik ben zo blij dat ik Dentakademi heb leren kennen. Nu kan ik weer ten volle genieten van het leven. Dank u Dentakademi en medewerkers

First of all, my contact Omer was brilliant to deal with first and foremost. He was my contact from the very first message I sent to Dentakademi via WhatsApp and he couldn't have been anymore helpful or responsive.
I travelled from Ireland to visit Dentakadami and so was unsure about the whole process and what to expect. Omer arranged a driver to collect me from where I was staying in Uskudar (free of charge) and from the moment I walked in the door to Dentakademi I was given an extremely warm welcome by a man called Fadi (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly 🙈)
Fadi was exceptional in his manner. Friendly, smiling and loved to chat.
I went to Dentakademi to get some root canals done as my Irish dentist advised that I needed them. The cost to get these done in Ireland are nearly 5 x times as expensive in Ireland than they are in Dentakademi.
I had a short wait before getting an xray to confirm the work needed on my teeth. However, after reviewing my xray and examining my teeth, the dentistry team advised that they could repair my teeth without performing a root canal and instead perform a composite filling on my teeth. This alternative option was much cheaper option for me and less lucrative for Dentakademi and I appreciated their honesty in this regard. They could have proceeded with the root canal option and I would not have known any better. Instead they were honest, presented to me my options so that I could make an informed decision.
The dentist (I cant remember his name 🙈) who carried out the work was excellent and very friendly also.
I was delighted with the job he did.
I did however notice that the repaired teeth were not flush with my natural teeth on the opposite side. However I thought that this was maybe down to a 'settling period' after a week had passed this issue has not resolved and so I contacted Omer again. He asked me to come in the next day, which I did and the original dentist filed down the filing to make it now, flush and in line with my natural teeth.
There was no additional cost for thos adjustment.
There is a bit of tenderness since the filing which was only done this morning but I'm sure that that will go away in time.
All in all however from start to finish I cannot recommend enough the guys at Dentakademi. A fantastic experience from start to finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I flew in from Ireland specifically to get dental treatment — and it turned out to be the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. I was really anxious and scared of pain, but everything was done calmly and completely pain-free. In just two sessions over three days, they cleaned 3 root canals, placed onlay fillings, a cosmetic filling, and a regular one — all with great precision and care. The clinic is modern and spotless, with top-quality equipment. The doctors are professional, attentive, and explain everything clearly. Prices are very reasonable, especially compared to Ireland. I’m 100% happy with the results. Huge thanks — I’m no longer afraid of dentists, and I genuinely recommend this clinic.

Coming from the US, this was a wonderful experience. Very easy process from scheduling appointment to arriving at office and being greeted by our translator. After x-rays were completed, I met with the dentist for my consultation. Dentist did not try to sell me on unnecessary treatments or cleanings. This dentist actually told me I had a healthy mouth and didn’t recommend a cleaning at all. This is in large contrast to my American dentists who have told me I needed deep cleanings that were not covered by insurance. I even insisted on a cleaning and the dentist said “Why would we do something you don’t need? We aren’t here to just take your money.” Left my appointment without having to pay a thing. Great experience!

Both me and my husband had an absolutely amazing experience at Dentakademi. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The office was clean, modern, and calming, which instantly put us at ease.
Everyone was incredibly thorough, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all our questions and making sure we fully understood our treatment plan. The care and precision they showed during our procedure was truly exceptional, and we felt no discomfort at all. genuinely care about their patients.

Everything was perfect

I am fearful of the dentist and going abroad for treatment was especially scary, but I was so impressed and reassured. I
can’t recommend this practice enough, exceptional treatment from start to finish.

Got a treatment in December 2024 - a sliding genioplasty with retainers, and one year of Invisalign beforehand. Everything went very well, the doctor (Abdullah) was nice and helpful, and he answered all of my questions. I am now fully recovered post-surgery, look much better than before and I couldn't be happier. The price was super reasonable, too. 10/10, would recommend and go again.

Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. !! Yaşadığım sinir zedelenmesi 2 yıldır mücadele etmeme ve çeşitli ağır reçeteli ilaç kullanmama sebep oldu. Tercih edeceklerin öncelikle kötü yorumlara göz atmasını tavsiye ederim. Zira iyi yorumlarının çoğu sahte. Bu hastahane ile devam eden hukuk mücadelem var. Çünkü düşürdükleri durumu üstlenmek yerine kapatmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Buna hastahane sahibinden ve diğer Dr. Çalışanları da dahil. Sağlığını önemseyen insan kapısının önünden geçmeye cesaret etmemeli. Dr. larında az bir ahlak olsaydı içinde bulunduğum komplikasyonunun teşhisi için beni 1 ay bekletmezlerdi. Ve bu süreçte yanlış ilaç tedavilerim uygulatıp yanlış branşlara yönlendirdiler. Ahlaksız ve para odaklı bir hastahane arıyorsanız o Dentakademi.

J’ai eu une expérience exceptionnelle avec DentaKademi à Maltepe, en Turquie. J’y ai réalisé des soins très importants, notamment des implants zygomatiques, et tout s’est déroulé de manière remarquable.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été reçue avec beaucoup de soin, de respect et de douceur. L’équipe médicale est formidable, extrêmement compétente et professionnelle. Les médecins sont très qualifiés, savent exactement ce qu’ils font et prennent le temps d’expliquer chaque étape des soins.

Mon intervention a été très lourde, nécessitant un passage au bloc opératoire de 3h30. Le suivi post-opératoire a été extraordinaire, avec une attention constante portée à mon bien-être et à ma récupération.

Un grand merci à Fadi, maître traducteur de la clinique, qui a été exceptionnel tout au long du processus. À l’écoute, prévenant et toujours disponible, il s’est assuré que tout se passe au mieux pour moi. Pour ceux qui ne parlent ni turc ni anglais, la clinique met à disposition des traducteurs professionnels, ce qui facilite énormément les échanges et permet de se sentir pleinement pris en charge.

Je tiens aussi à souligner le professionnalisme d’Abdallah, un autre responsable de la clinique, qui gère tout ce qui est rendez-vous des patients et devis des travaux à réaliser. Il est vraiment aux petits soins, très attentif à nos besoins et nous accueille toujours avec beaucoup de respect et de douceur. Abdallah est une véritable exception : avoir un membre comme lui dans une clinique est un immense avantage.

Je suis partie seule lors de ma première visite et, malgré cela, je me suis sentie en totale confiance du début à la fin. Cette clinique est reconnue mondialement, et fait partie des rares établissements dans le monde à posséder des certificats internationaux garantissant un haut niveau d’expertise et de sécurité.

Good day, It was in 2022.After the initial examination by the clinic professor, it was recommended to remove all the teeth and install 4 implants for the upper bridge and 6 implants for the lower bridge. I agreed. My case was complicated, since 24 teeth were removed at one time. And implants were installed. Everything went well. Almost painless. Then temporary bridges were installed, and after six months - permanent ones. I recommend this clinic for professionalism, quality, service.

This review aims to warn those seeking affordable treatment abroad about the negligence and horrible consequences of this clinic.
This clinic’s tactic is to rush you into deciding on their treatment plan which is more favourable for their pocket rather than your teeth. I would say that they are very unethical people.
I had perfectly functional, maybe not very aesthetic but healthy teeth, which they proposed to extract and make my jaw full of bridges to achieve an aesthetic smile. I stupidly agreed and I regret my decision every day. They extracted 7(!!!) healthy teeth and now I have 5 implants with a poorly fitted bridge on the left side.
After shaving my teeth, they gave me a temporary bridge which did not match the colour of my real teeth. I was shocked and frustrated as they never advised me I would be going about with such a horrible prosthesis in my mouth for more than 3 months, during which time I would be embarrassed to open my mouth in front of other people. All my complaints were ignored as they simply have no choice of colours to offer for such a temporary prosthesis. That was the 1st sign that I had trusted the wrong people to deal with my health.
After 3 months of feeling like a clown with terrible temporary teeth, Dr Ziya Seferli finally installed my permanent ones. Because of time constraints, I had to rush back home the next morning after they were installed, and on the plane, I noticed that I had a big gap under the bridge. I could not believe the Dr let me go to another country after surely seeing the result of his job. Shocking standards really.
On my arrival home, I sent my complaint about the gap and was offered the solution of returning to the clinic at their expense and they would change the bridge. I honestly did not want to go back to these people as they had shown their incompetence twice and I did not want to try my luck with them again.
Now, however, after almost 10 months have passed since the implant installation, I have noticed that my receding gum is showing the abatement of the implant right by the place where the bridge has a gap. It is not only a cosmetic defect, but it is painful to clean as well. I have contacted Abdullah and he advised that they will see me but they will not cover any expenses at all, despite the previous agreement.
So after all this traumatic experience and with the extra money I now have to find to fix their work, it will very likely cost me very as much as I would have paid in the UK.
When I said I would complain and disclose how negligent Dentakademi is I received the following warning from a representative of Abdullah: “if you are going to write something you will lose all your guarantees and no one in the clinic will touch your mouth”. This should serve to indicate to you that this clinic takes no responsibility whatsoever.
Dentakademi is proudly fooling people by using a Global Clinic Rating award. Please do your due diligence and check, as this boasted award is worth absolutely nothing.
The GCR aka Global Clinic Rating is a pay-to-play 'review' platform helping clinics artificially boost their marketing materials. GCR offers significantly out-of-date and/or misleading information about clinics. Trying to objectively evaluate clinics that they are not even associated with, or collecting data on, is laughable at best and fraudulent and misleading at worst.
Please check Trustpilot or any regional similar review platforms or even Google reviews and look at the lowest ratings first, as this is where you can learn about people’s genuine experiences, rather than fake ones, and how the clinic handles their critics. Some naïve people like me see the overall good rating hoping that the small number of negative reviews are everywhere and nothing bad will happen to them. Please think twice, especially foreign patients, as it will cost you much more to fix Dentakademi treatment if something goes wrong.
The majority of reviews on Google are fakes; you can tell that just by the number of reviews from the reviewer, which is usually 1 or 2. The marketing people of this clinic are working hard to create fake accounts and then give themselves 5-star reviews.
