I have watched Daniel in several podcasts and have been impressed by his knowledge and insight. Last night I attended his workshop and his message was very constructive for me as a small business. I can implement some of his suggestions to scale my business straight away without any whistles or bells. I am looking forward to being able to work with him and his team.

I loved how Daniel comes across as if he’s just talking to a mate — it makes the whole vibe comfortable, inviting, and thought-provoking at the same time!

I only came across him a couple of months ago through YouTube (I spend most of my time implementing and improving my business!) — I first saw him on the DOAC video with Alex and Codie. The content was so powerful that from that moment I knew Daniel was someone I needed to learn more about.

Back to this workshop — Daniel made me feel genuinely excited about the direction businesses need to go in to grow quickly. I left feeling inspired, optimistic, and even more positive than I already am.

I just attended one of Daniel Priestley’s Dent webinars on how to position your business and how to be a kpi and much more. Daniel explains everything so simply and uses real examples and stories to illustrate what he’s explaining . If you are in business and need a mentor this is the only guy you need to follow .

I was, and still am, a big fan of the Key Person of Influence and Oversubscribed product and content developed by Dent Global. But gosh, was I left disappointed, let down, and shocked about how bad the KPI Accelerator program turned out.

As someone who has read the KPI and Oversubscribed books multiple times, I can't express just how poorly their 20K online coaching program was delivered, not to mention how slack their customer service is. For so much money, you get a lot of confusion, low grade coaching ( mostly just talking) and zero high perfomance and intensity content as promised. A lot of it generic stuff you can get anywhere. This course cost me $30K in the end – it was the worst business investment I have ever made and I deeply regret it.

The other 1 star review here from Disappointed (Expensive mistake – not worth it if you know Daniel's content) perfectly summarises the same disappointment and experience I had, almost identical. There are many others who have had the same experience, and I’ve encouraged them to share their experience online.

After only a few sessions, it dawned on me that the KPI program was not suited to what I had originally thought it would achieve, but I was locked in for 12 months, and they flatly rejected any refunds, cancellations, pauses or readjustments despite my feedback that the program wasn’t working for me. They-did-not-care.

After a while I felt like I got scammed. Big promises, low return.

Before you risk losing a 10-20 or 30K investment, consider some of these points:

• Read their books. They are good enough. Google everything else about the Dent Global programs. There is a bunch of content online you can use and ChatGPT a lot of it. Its all there.

• Watch the episode on the Diary of a CEO, when he interviews Daniel Priestley titled: ' The Money Making Expert: The 7,11,4 Hack That Turns $1 Into $10K Per Month! Daniel Priestley' . I was so shocked at how informative, excellent and bang on the info was that Daniel provided about the program. It was 10x better than anything I heard him say during the program.

• When you start your KPI program, you will be mixed in with a bunch of business owners and individuals from around the world, many of whom have not been in business too long and whose experience varies widely. You will sit through these online sessions wondering how on earth the Dent facilitators even allow questions like whether a business should engage in social media or have a website. Sometimes you can see the frustration in Glen Carson's face when he gets asked a stupid question. They should be grouping people based on their experience in business and locale if possible.

• Often there are more than 80 people logged in during one online sessions for just one facilitator. If you have ever hosted an online session with students, its hard enough having a meaningful dialogue with 20 people, let alone 80

I want to just summarise that at no point did the Dent managers ever follow up or want to have a meaningful conversation about the program and how to improve. Once you provide negative feedback, they shut down.

Also, in fairness, Glen Carson is excellent. All of his live sessions are top quality, and the guy should seriously consider doing his own thing.

The Dent Global KPI program is a waste of time and serious money. DON'T DO IT

Daniel Priestly has a simple but knowledgeable way of guiding listeners (or readers) into a business journey they can do and feel confident about. His advice is inspiring with many A-HA moments along the way (for me) and if you follow the advice, the result will be better business without losing your money (making your own mistakes) or your happiness. Your quality of life will improve. 👍🏻👍🏻

Daniel Priestley’s webinar nailed one idea: stop chasing customers and start creating demand. He explained how setting limits, timing releases, and signaling scarcity make people line up for what you offer. Solid content. His content is a must see if you currently own or are an aspiring business owner.
