We could not access the card to use felt it was a big joke

finally after two days of trying i got in to the site. Paid $60 in surprise boxes and got $60 in gift cards, but they charge you each time you spin the wheel and take that money away. They want you to pay full price for "surprise" box. Ridiculous. just dont do it and amazon should ban these people!!!

I ordered a 40.00 mystery box off Amazon and got a 40.00 gift card to this crappy place. This was a complete scam. I can not even believe Amazon has anything to do with this fraudulent company. What a waste of money. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter. This sucks so bad

Scam scam how many times before the company gets taken off amazon

The Amazon page said I would be receiving returned merchandise, I ordered the 28.99$ one (Plus $4 taxes), and instead several days later I got some "demonbox" scam in the mail which I can't even log into their site to claim some mysterious gift from a card they sent me. What a scam! I hope to get a refund, money is too tight to be scammed like this!

This is a SCAM - my husband ordered an Amazon Mystery Box and received 2 gift certificates from this company totaling $50. Wow - that was not what we were expecting but OK we'll play and take a note. We load up our $50 and pick a box that's $39.99 and WOW we apparently win a mini drone. That was actually what we were hoping to win out of the box!!! However, the box will not ship without adding 2 more things first (meaning we need to add $50 more (it only allows increments of $50 to be added with a credit card) to spin two times more and get them to ship the one thing we want. Or will they? Something tells me one thing might be a digital gift certificate and they'll find another way to extort another $50.00 NOT WORTH IT!

this is such a scam. thank u demon box for taking my money during times of nne and keeping it on that 50 dollar voucher that has been pending for a month now. they will not contact u back and at this point i dont want them too. great scam guys i bet ur making a killin.

This site is trash! Lightweight scam! You only ever land on 2 or 3 items way less then what is worth. And you can ship out an item by itself it has to be at least 3 items! Don’t let them steal your money!! Now I have $19.44 on it and the cheapest box is $19.48 and I can cash out my money. And you have to at least pay $50 to art credits!! This site is a scam don’t invest!

Confusing app, confusing website. Unable to claim your box unless you add more money and invite more friends to this scam. 3 boxes had to be ordered. Please Amazon: do not offer it.

Got a gift card. I got into the account, place box order took money off my gift card
But did not show my purchase. I think this company is a huge scam. We ware. I do not recomend

I am having the same difficulty as many others. I was sent ajgift card but the site will not let me join or sign in. Whenever I am sent a code the log in tells me that it is invalid. Either this is a scam or they are not well organized/set up. And their chat line is always unavailable.
Update: This went from 1 star to 3 because the seller has refunded my original purchase price. I think that they are just not very well set up as a small company at this point.

I received a gift card and the website will not let me register and login to redeem. It sends a registration code that does not work and there is no place to input the code. Total Scam.

Well where do I start I have talked to three different live agents and the last one I talked to told me it was delivered on the 16th of May and it was the 17th I was talking to them and have not received my items yet then in the same sentence they said oh here's your tracking number and then told me sorry for the misunderstanding but it's taking a little longer do to covid 19,WTH I JUST WANT MY PRODUCTS
