This would be another zero star review if possible. This is a total scam and I can’t believe Amazon is authorizing it. I can’t get a return or a refund on this. I wanted a returned item and all I got was 3 gift cards for the 3 returned items that I ordered. I didn’t want to basically learn how to play some video game to try and get an actual item. I’m sure I will get the same response that they hav given everyone else but I’m just try to save some else the grief.

What a joke!
What a joke!! I bought what was supposed to be a package of items (Multiple) and I get a gift card to this joke of a website. Then when you do get on there all of these boxes give you the impression that there are multiple items in the box, there is one. Then it is down the rabbit hole, you unbox you get one item and you can sell back at much less than its value...go waste your money on those $.01 penny websites do different at all!

Total waste of time and money. Amazon showed and described a box full of electronic items. I received a gift card for a website that offers an online game to spend more money to gamble if you will get any electronic items. Really??? Filing major complaints for this company!

I thought I was ordering an assortment…
I thought I was ordering an assortment of unclaimed items, instead I got a gift card to order from this company. I have tried to return the card and found I have to wait 2 days for a review of the return. Then possibly I can return the card and get a refund. Looking at the other reviews I probably will not hear from the company and have lost my money.

Total waste of time and money. Not what it appears to be on Amazon when you buy it. It is a combination of gambling and shopping. You still end up paying more and getting nothing. Your "chance" options are the same thing, multiple times. I have learned an expensive lesson.

I had purchased some gift cards for…
I had purchased some gift cards for demonbox and even paid more for shipping but never got one of my item.
They have convinced me into getting a cheaper item by confusing me with the prices they have online (they said the nintendo switch controller is $39.99 but on their site, it was $89.99) to accept the replacement- I agreed, but then still did not get it.
I tried reaching via Livechat and it’s a bit suspicious that they prefer you to contact them thru whatsapp.
3 months, no response, no item. So frustrating. ☹️

Big time scam!! we ordered the mystery package expecting to get a physical product instead we get a gift card. we went to the web site to see if at least we can use it and we have to create an account, so before giving them also my information I decided to look for some reviews and everywhere we look it is only hints this is just a scam.

Complete rip off Amazon should look into what this seller is actually selling as it is advertised as getting returned electronics but when you you actually get it it’s a gift card to demon box website which you can’t have anything shipped to you unless you have 3 or more items won on the website which means you have to spend more money and then after you get the items they give you the runaround saying they don’t have some of the items in your cart this is after paying for them
