Deli Fayre Arvostelua 

I have given up on my order of 10 tins of sardines in olive oil. They never arrived and I was fobbed off several times on the phone. I was not refunded despite being told I "would not be out of pocket". The person running this business is either a crook or has totally lost the plot.

Easier to get in contact with a GP. Earlier this year my order I placed through their website was sent to completely the wrong house number. It took literal weeks and multiples of emails, calls and texts asking each time for the delivery information. When i finally was given the delivery information I then had to walk up and down my neighbouring streets comparing the delivery picture to track down my package myself, which had already been opened. When I found it and later told them that they had sent it to completely the wrong house and that I was very upset with the lack of communication for weeks, I was told that I could contact them for a discount for my next order.
I have sent them a message asking for this discount and I've heard nothing again. The food was very lovely but the service and customer communication is ridiculously lacking, would recommend to avoid.
I also have receipts saved for the incorrect delivery and all the emails, calls and texts I made over the weeks I tried to make contact.

On 15 April 2025 I ordered a Gourmet Seafood Premium Selection Box, and on 20 April Deli-Fayre emailed to say that the order was complete. It wasn't, and arrived on 24 April, stinking, because of a smashed jar of mussels. I chucked the lot, left voicemail, reported damaged goods via their web form and emailed them. No response at all, even though I left multiple voicemails and emails. Decide for yourself whether you would trust this company.
