Chips are only any good for breaking teeth, and the so-called jumbo saveloy...not much bigger than your average sausage.
Liberty I got charged £4.58 for this. Would offer a photo,but no option to do so.
Will never return

Really disappointed with the service. Southsea Portsmouth. Waited patiently in the queue (expected) got to the front, ordered and paid, waited to be called to collect and realised I had forgotten Curry sauce. Had the correct money so when called forward to collect and explained I had forgotten the sauce (very important) I told the lady I had the correct money could I have some please she told me I needed to join the back of the queue, I really thought she was joking but she really wasn’t, I had already queued for over half an hour. So so unhelpful, it would of taken her 1 minute to do someone a favour. I wouldn’t go back again even though the food was good just a shame about CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Doesn’t deserve one star just had cod and chips from Lymington branch flabby batter on fish and cold under cooked chips a total waste of money!

Shame I have to give 1 star. Just spent an extortionate £27 on a couple of portions of fish/sausage and chips from the Bury St Edmunds store for a Father’s Day treat. Most went in the bin when we got it home. Chips were rock hard, over cooked and cold….fish was all chewy hard batter and little fish….what a rip off. Will never use again and a Father’s Day meal wasted. Now having to cook dinner.

I just really loved the quality and taste of their food.

Impressed by their quality especially the fries that they serve.

So we have had great fish and chips from the Southsea shop during COVID up until November 2020 on a weekly basis almost. The next time we ventured out we had a takeaway in March 2021 and the chips were all old shrivelled, little bits and a lot of black in places which ended up in the bin closely followed by the fish which was dry and double fried. We also tried the Southsea Pier fish and chips one week which was equally poor. Standards are now zero but found a new chippy on the sea front which offers fresh chunky chips and greater portion and better value for money. Shame as we used to boost that they were the best. Not any more!

Quality fish and chips. I thought the portion size was perfect and the price. Hot and good price. The peas were no1. top of their game these guys.

Best fish and chips i ever eaten strongly recommended

I hate to leave negative feedback however this is the second time that we have received chips that are so stale and hard that my child snapped his brace on them. They were very sharp and made my gums sore. The price that they charge for a portion of chips is obscene considering how poor they are. Over priced and over cooked. We will now be paying more in fuel to travel to Hull for something cheaper and of far better quality. The staff are nice and efficient though I must say.

Went to the Brandesburton one ordered online to pick up . alright fish and chips except for the curry sauce very rude and ignorant staff if I was you I'd find another chip shop where the staff have had some training on how to speak to customers .these didn't. The container with the curry in was squashed and all over the place

First visit to this fish and chip shop in my town recently. I’ve got to say they have the most beautifully prepared fish and chips that I’ve tasted for a long time. The frying is apparently all done in Beef Dripping, which leaves no grease all over the plate and gives a lovely taste to the batter. Fish was exceptional, and very fresh. From an environmental point of view, all of the packaging is paper and not a plastic bag to be seen. The peas were in polystyrene pots, so I would urge the company to look at some alternative containers for the gravy/peas etc.

Woburn Sands Milton Keynes - placed an order waited 1 hour 40 minutes & the order was then incorrect - expensive - fish was nice, chips not anything to write home about & the chip portions were small - we had the standard which on the telephone they stated medium I would say more like small! Upon then telephoning to advise the order was incorrect they were VERY rude & were adamant the order was correct! DO NOT use this shop

Great chippy, gets very busy near closing time, which is 9pm. Would have given five stars but they changed their pies. No longer as good.
