Great to communicate with to establish products required and pricing. Only a small job but dealt with quickly and on time. Plumber very polite and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic business, From the initial phone call they had empathy, understood the problem and came to the property really quickly. The work was completed professionally and quickly so my 1 year old daughter could have a bath again. I can not recommend them enough.

I've used Deakins twice this year to sort separate problems with my boiler, a blocked drain and a leaking toilet. They are easy and professional to deal with and importantly they turn up when they say they going to, which is worth its weight in gold when you work full time. Rang on a Thursday for a minor leak, fixed by Friday lunchtime. Practiced social distancing and Bill easily paid online. Thanks.

Excellent service from start to finish. Gareth came to our house, was very respectful using plastic covers over his footwear, super friendly yet professional and efficient. You can't put a price on exceptional customer service.

I confacted Deakins two days ago following a fault with what appeared to be the local isolator shower pull cord. The lady on the telephone was really helpful and efficient and I was visited by Gareth an obvious expert in his electrical managing position. The job was completed within 4 hours of me contacting the company - and Gareth was very professional informative and carried out a superb job.

The following day however it became obvious that there was a fault with the actual shower unit as it was a 4 years old aqualisa quartz 9.5 model - notorious for problems.

I contacted Gareth on the number he had left me 8am and he went out of his way to fit me in to his very busy schedule that day. He was absolutely excellent and I cannot thank him enough for all his efforts in fitting me a brand new shower that very day.

This company is superb and I would highly recommend Deakins to anyone requiring plumbing and/or electrical work.

The installation was carried out to the highest level and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use Deakins again in the future.

Like most people, when trying to find a plumber, I am worried I’m going to get a poor quality job, get overcharged and spend an eternity waiting for them to show up.

Our central heating had completely packed up and I knew that we would need a new boiler system installed. It was November and very cold so I needed someone quickly.

I found Deakin’s Plumbing and Heating service via a search of local companies online. Having had problems in the past with other company’s I did as much research as I could and looked at customer reviews and Trustpilot ratings. I initially found it hard to believe that any company would have so many good reviews.

I initially used their online calculator to specify a system and the price that came back looked reasonable so I rang them to make further enquiries. I spoke to Savannah who could not have been more helpful. She suggested that we needed a site survey to more accurately price the job and amazingly arranged for someone to come out that same evening at 6.30pm! Martin arrived exactly on time and was very knowledgeable and pointed out the various options I had. Although I was impressed I was convinced that the final price would be much higher than the indicated online quote. While Martin was there I asked if he could quote on a few other jobs that needed looking at.

As promised, Savannah emailed me the following morning with 2 boiler options, both of which were LOWER IN PRICE than the initial enquiry!!! They had also priced up the additional work at a very reasonable rate. We agreed to proceed and made our choice of boiler. Savannah promised to have a team out to replace our old boiler as soon as possible. On the Monday, I received a call to let me know the team would be coming the NEXT DAY!!

Rob and Mark turned up exactly on time and my wife explained what we needed doing. I was warned that the install may take a couple of days and we were prepared to cope with the few electric heaters we had borrowed off friends. To my amazement I came home that night to a warm house as the guys had not only replaced the new boiler but had temporarily attached it to our old timer so we would have heating and hot water!! I know plenty of trade people who would have just gone home and left the job until the next day.

We were unable to meet with Rob and Mark on the second day but they were happy to let themselves in to the house and carry on working. They even took care of our dog who followed them around all day.

On returning home the second night it looked as if nobody had even been in the house let alone completed extensive plumbing work. The place was spotless and there was a detailed note as to what had been done and saying to contact them with any problems. They had even fitted a new Hive control unit that cost less to buy and fit than had originally been quoted!!

I cannot recommend Deakin’s Plumbing and Heating highly enough. You get the sense that they genuinely care about what they do and take pride in making sure their customers are happy. It is so rare to find.

Fully recommend this company - punctual, professional -repaired / replaced 2 toilets and you would not know they had been, wore shoe covers and tidied everywhere up. Other companies did not seem to want a smaller job. Tom Gill was great. Great to have a local trustworthy company - will use again and recommend to friends.

Deakins came to fir a new wireless Thermostat in my new house very prompt service reasonable cost and a very tidy job. The 2 guys who came were very nice guys friendly and happy to answer a couple of questions i had - took a little time to demonstrate how the new unit worked all round fantastic service and very easy to deal with if i could give more stars i would

This is the third time I have used Deakins now and this time was a complete bathroom renovation. Deakins managed the whole project for us so that all I had to do was choose the products (sink, bath, tiles etc).

I am absolutely over the moon with the results! I wish I could post photos on here, Rob and the lads did a top class job, I nearly cried when I saw the transformation. I have so much trust in Deakins as a company and I would never go with anyone else now, these are my “go to” guys.

I love that they will give an honest opinion as well; when I asked what they thought about different ideas I’d had of bathroom layout I got a honest opinion backed up with their knowledge of the trade (and therefore what would work and what wouldn’t work) which I really appreciated.
Savannah from the office goes above and beyond to organise things around your schedule and keep you in the loop of the progress of the job - she is a godsend.

Deakins have completed all three jobs for us (radiator replacement, new boiler and bathroom renovation) like they were doing it in their own home. They deliver the highest quality of work, no corners are cut and they are a lovely, polite and conscientious team.

We had Alec and Mark service our boiler and install a new radiator in the living room. They were neat, tidy and did a fantastic job! I would really recommend them to anyone! Any jobs in the future Deakins will be doing it!
