Deakin's Plumbing & Heating LTD Arvostelua 

I was charged 3.5 hours labour for their engineer to replace a sink trap, cut a hole in the ceiling and fail to locate a pipe that was suspected to leak. I called multiple times to complain about this and received a nasty attitude from a woman on the phone despite initially agreeing with me that 3 hours for pipe location is egregious. if their engineer is willing to waste their time and my money, then I simply will never use them again. absolutely do NOT ask for any type of troubleshooting, explicitly ask for the tasks you need and monitor the engineer at all times, as they are not helpful or cooperative in that way. I have more money than sense so I paid out in full £322- so be aware

We have used Deakins a few times, and can honestly say they are the best . would not try anywhere else
Alex came to to do a job, and was great, punctual and polite and did a fantastic job, even though it was heavy rain , involved work outside part of the time. would recommend

Issues with toilet flush.
Alex from Deakins performed a great service and repaired my toilet.
He was very professional and friendly.
He showed and explained every step along the way as there was quite a bit to repair.
Work completed to a high standard. Attention to detail.

They are the best in the land at everything and in every way from start to finish . We run property and have had one duff engineer after another over the years but thankfully now I found Deakins who have a reliable efficient bang on cost worthy team. In fact I think I will erase this because I really want them all to myself .

I had a new boiler installed by Neil Dawson from Deakins Plumbing & Heating and the service was great from start to finish. Despite one of the installation days being the hottest day of the year, he remained professional, patient and focussed throughout the job.
The installation was done to a high standard, everything was explained clearly and Neil made sure the system was working before leaving. He also left everything clean and tidy which I really appreciated.

We cannot recommend Deakin's Plumbing and Heating highly enough. Neil came to fit a new boiler for us today and the job was completed, efficiently, professionally and our home was left neat and tidy too. Neil, as an individual, was so polite and helpful.
There is a wonderful ethos within the company and they deserve every success.

I was recommended with our daughter who had a boiler installed back in December, the quotation was accepted , and the work began as planned all went to plan as Neil Dawson did all the work ,(clean and tidy )
Just a little hiccup which always happens on a Friday
losing boiler pressure but it all got sorted on Monday
just a little leak on the pipework in the hallway, but life is never smooth sailing, at the end of the day a good professional job done.

I recently had the pleasure of having three engineers from Deakin’s Plumbing and heating attend my property over the past two weeks to carry out some work. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

All three were an absolute credit to the company—extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, how they were doing it, the results, and what would happen next. Their workmanship was outstanding, and they left everything so tidy, it was like they had never been there.

I’m genuinely impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

Muz serviced our boiler this morning. From the moment he stepped out of the van, he was friendly and cheerful. Muz explained what he would be doing and that when he tested the boiler after the service, he would not be changing any of the settings.

After completing the job, he informed us that everything was good and showed us that he had taped the servicing print out to the front of the boiler for ease of viewing, should any future work need to be done.

As a Landlord, it is important to have someone to carry out repairs that is quick and reliable. I have been using Deakins for a while now and found them to be efficient and reasonably priced.

Ian turned up at 8 am, we were booked in for between 10-12, 8 am was the original time offered, but we refused as it was too early, someone in the office obviously forgot to write it down, I was still in my Pj's 🙄 😬 👎
