It cost £15 to post an item back to their depot in Denmark and on top of that they charge a return handling fee. So to return one dress it cost me £30. OUTRAGEOUS. I will never order from this company again.

Quick kvalitet

Jeg kunne ikke passe bukserne men det er jo ikke deres skyld. Til gengæld er det virkelig irriterende når man returnerer at man er nødt til at få printet et label ud. Alle andre steder kan man enten nøjes med at få scannet koden i butikken eller også er der et klistermærke med. Jeg måtte få nogle andre til at printe for mig da jeg ikke selv har en printer. Ellers gik det fint hurtigt med levering.

Nice styles and quality - fast delivery as well

Everything is god with the delivery . Unfortunately the trousers I bought, and liked were much, were too big. I have returned- so now it happens to see how it works to get my money back. It took a while before I received my package because Norway is outside EU. So I’ll now wait and see 🤞😊🫶

Avoid - if you wanna buy, buy through another trusted seller like Zalando. I bought a dress from them and when it came in the conditions were totally fine but the colour was not as depicted on the website. I knew it was down to interpretation because it was still blue and there are things such as lights, etc, which influence website pics, so I made my case but was okay paying for return costs once they disagreed with it.

Still - I had to send countless e-mails, a phone call and Instagram DMs to get my full refund, including initial shipping costs, which is the customer's right by law. Never have I ever had to go back and forth so much for 24 euros.

If you wanna do a return with them, check terms and conditions: send an e-mail to them opting out of the contract before the 14 day period, and then stand on your right to the full refund (including original shipping costs and excluding a 10EUR fee for return) - you are entitled to it, it is your right as a customer.

Making a customer pay 24 euros (circa 25% of original cost) for a product they have returned unworn to you is a bit extreme in my opinion but that is not the point, it is simply illegal if they have opted out of the contract as described in the terms and conditions.

Not to be dramatic but my worst customer service experience to date.

Hurtig levering og produktet var god i kvaliteten

Bestiller et julegave ønske og vælger at betale med MobilePay. Funktionen virkede ikke og fejlede. Stod som ikke gået igennem så bestilte med Mastercard i stedet. Denne pakke modtages efter få dage. Nu får jeg så besked om at en ny ordre er på vej. Butikken har åbenbart genaktiveret min ordre på MobilePay. Jeg skriver til dem men intet svar efter 2-3 dage. Deres telefon virker heller ikke! Tænk mig man kan have så elendig kundeservice. Det bliver den eneste ordre jeg nogensinde kommer til at købe her. Så mit råd til andre. Køb et andet sted!!
