I recently visited the show homes at Hawthorn Grove, a Dandara development, and came away really impressed. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, well-presented, and thoughtfully put together.

The show homes themselves are beautifully designed, with a real attention to detail in both the layout and finishing touches. Each space feels practical yet stylish, making it easy to imagine living there. The overall feel of the development is calm and high-quality, with a clear focus on creating comfortable, modern homes.

A special mention has to go to Kim and Ashleigh, who were absolutely brilliant during the visit. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to answer any questions. They made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, without any pressure.

Overall, it was a great visit and I’d highly recommend taking a look at Hawthorn Grove if you’re considering a new home.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The sales team were incredibly helpful, and since moving in, the site managers have been quick and attentive from the very start. Excellent build quality, I honestly can’t fault them!

They were both enthusiastic about the development and made us feel very relaxed as they were not pushy sales people. We were very impressed with the workmanship in the properties.

The attention to details was fabulous and the small peaceful setting of the development suited us perfectly. We want to be on a small development in the countryside and Hawthorn Grove gave us this.

Helen was wonderful and very friendly, she showed me around the showroom and answered any questions I had

The representative at the sales office showed little interest in assisting us or presenting the property we had come to see. Information was only provided when specifically asked, and there was no proactive engagement.

We had travelled nearly 1.5 hours to reach the location, only to be asked to wait outside for about 20 minutes while he attended to someone else. Basic courtesies, such as offering water, were also lacking. The overall experience made my wife and me feel quite unwelcome.

While we had initially been interested in the property, this experience has led us to reconsider, and we will not be taking this forward.

Victoria provided exceptional customer service, thoroughly explaining the entire purchasing process. Dandara diligently accommodated our requirements and requests, ensuring we secured the property that met our family's needs.

Working with Pat has been a great experience and very helpful with our ongoing purchase.

Really positive experience with the Dandara sales team. From the outset, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy.
