Love the fit was perfect the style was perfect comfort perfection

The quality of their shoes is amazing. I have 9 different pairs and I can dance in them ALL NIGHT!!! They run big, so size down half a size however you will not regret the purchase.

Support was very friendly and helpful. I returned 2 pairs of shoes and I received my money back in time. The other 2 pairs of shoes fit great, I love them.
I totally can recommend Dancinggaga.

I love my shoes but got the wrong size. I just want to return them and have already bought others from you. I can’t get a return slip or get a reply back on how to return. When I go to return page it says to contactdancingGaga . Com,, I’ve sent message twice and no reply.

My shoes are beautiful, extremely comfortable & great quality. I’m excited to purchase more.

The practice shoes you replaced for a larger size still are tight but usable....
Thank you for the credit adjustment.....Much appreciated....Very honorable...

I ordered the gold smooth shoes for my very first ballroom competition. Dancing GaGa turned the shoes around quickly. Plus they fit perfectly, feel good on and yes, look pretty. I loved them so much that I ordered an identical 2nd pair to sit on the shelf and stay clean for future competitions. My first pair I use for practice. Did I mention I just wanted to learn how to ballroom dance correctly. It was never my intention to compete but when I made that decision, Dancing GaGa's shoes came to the rescue, and I placed first in every heat. Thank you Dancing Ga Ga.

They contacted me before posting 2 pairs of Dance sandals for my wife to check I had ordered the correct sizes - which was appreciated. Shoes good value for the price and arrived no problems.

When I received these shoes, they were too big and I had issues with buckling them to keep them on so I asked to return. I tried them on my floor that had a rug so it had absolutely no wear and tear. I asked to return and this is what my choices were:

We are so sorry that our shoes are too big for you. We are wondering whether you still need the shoes. If so, we would love to make an exchange for you. The size guide is different for each type of shoe. So please refer to our size chart and choose the right size according to your foot length.
Here we provide three solutions for you and please let us know which one you prefer.

Option 1. You may return the shoes back to us. We will exchange the shoes in smaller sizes/make a full refund for you.We are sorry but we do not provide return label service
Option 2. We refund 40% of the product's value to you and you do not need to return the shoes to us. Meanwhile, we would also love to offer another 10% discount code for you to purchase shoes in smaller sizes from us.
Option 3. We offer you a 50% discount code(50% of the item's value) for you to purchase smaller sizes from us and you do not need to return the shoes to us either.

Please let us know which one you prefer.

Sorry again and thanks for your understanding. Looking forward to your reply.

My choice is to receive a full refund since I contacted them within 7 days as originally instructed. Very dissatisfied.

It was my first purchase from the company, but I will buy again and recommend it to everyone.Shoes are very comfortable. I was wearing them for almost 12 hours, standing, walking and dancing a lot but my feet were not too sore by the end but others changed their shoes already.

Great and prompt communication from the seller to double check my order. Love the shoes, comfortable and stunning.

Shoes are amazing, love them thank you. Ps be patient for them to arrive as it took about 2weeks but they were made with my special chosen heal size. The wait is worth it

Perfect!! These were exactly as described and fit perfectly!

I ordered a pair of shoes that the straps were far too tight and cannot be changed to make bigger. Meaning I cannot get my foot inside the shoe! I contacted them saying this and that I wanted a refund. Also they need to send prepaid label. They said the do not provide prepaid label. But no mention of refund or how to send back. They then said they would refund me minus the postage which was £7! I explained about distance selling regs. Not fit for purpose do not buy from them.

I like this shoes because is more easy to dance. Me gustarion mucho estos zapatos porque puedo bailar mejor que con mis zapatillas u otros tacones.

Service, good product, quality, good

My new ballroom pumps fit me well. It has a sturdy heel, not too thin or thick for steady support. I have slightly wider feet and the shoe box fits well, but is gracefully pointed. The straps hold my ankle firmly so the shoe and my foot become one. There is quality construction with a padded footbed and good leather sole. The satin is beautiful and I Scotchgarded it for easy cleaning. I will purchase again.
