I've just renewed a contract with them and not only because they offered me the best deal available on the market but also because of the fact I am quite satisfied of their service up to date (and I've been a customer for 3 years now).

Communication with them is quite good (they DO reply to e-mails!) and every aspect of the contract, e-mails and renewal etc is transparent. I also asked for smart meter and they organised it quite efficiently.

Thanks to my account manager - Kendall. She has handled me professionaly and quickly.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Tried to cancel our contract and was told we had been "Refreshed" (Which is an illegal practice). Found out our contract wasnt even under our company name it was UK HEALTH ORGANSIATION, who are D-Energi !!! Asked to be changed to our company name and was told NO! We are now in the process of taking legal advice, to cancel a contract that we should be able to via email!

We have been with D-Energi since 2017.
They have consistently been the cheapest on the market and it is relatively easy to speak to someone compared to the bigger energy companies.

However, you have to be on your toes to make sure that no daily transportation charges are added to your bills.

I also particularly despise the fact that if you don't give notice a month before the end of your contract, it auto renews at whatever price they send you with the auto renewal. It is always more expensive than the prices they give when requesting a quote. I feel that this practise is designed to fleece busy business owners. Once your contract ends you should automatically be put onto a variable rate, and you should be free to leave at any time.

To summarise, good value for money but you need to be very careful.

We did have an issue with deemed rates after a 2 year contract ended. Businesses are being squeezed enough with regards to energy without being accidentially locked into unreasonable rates on top. D-Energi did do everything they could and resolved our account back to a manageable amount in our case. The law really should be changed to stop automatic locked in renewals. Write to your MP!

We pay for electricity and we reliably get electricity, good enough for me!

We had a few problems at first but since they have been sorted they have been brilliant. We are very happy with their help when needed.

Talked to d energi over a 2 week period about a quote for my business gas 2 meters agreed a contract for 3 years at what I thought was a good rate ,I was emailed the contracts and advised to complete and return ASAP as the rate would only be guaranteed till the end of the day after doing this I learned that there was a transportation charge on each meter of 98p per day,I was not informed of this at all during the negotiations (it is in very small print in the contract) I believe I should have been informed of this

I was contacted by Zico very quickly, He sorted everything out to my satisfaction straight away,I was very impressed by this ,Now my rating is 5 star

We use D-Energi for our business energy and have done for the last few years. Excellent customer service and always competitive prices.

Customer service is always great and prices for the last few years have been very competative.

We have a business account for both utilities with D-Energi and their service has always been great, i had to call them last week over an invoice dispute and it was resolved on that call. great customer service.

I have found D-Energi brilliant from my first contact years ago with Kendall Marsden. They made the whole process of switching really seamless. Kendall explained everything in plain and simple terms for me to understand. Their price tariffs are excellent and customer service is fantastic too. I have just renewed my contract with them again and would highly recommend them to other business customers.

Our business have been clients of D-Energi for many years. I have found their customer service prompt and very helpful. Meter reads are emailed across and amended invoice/credit notes raised immediately. Agreeing new tariffs is trouble free. I would not hesitate to recommend D-Energi.

Many thanks for the albeit late reply and telephone call, its a shame it was a review here that prompted this reply, not actually any feed back via your customer services to you ?, I understand what you say about energy prices fluctuating, that is why i decided to go for a fixed 3 year agreed contract, and if D-Energi did any proper due diligence in the first place why did you use a supplier who had a high risk of failure ? as for matching any price that was not correct as in your reply, you had every opportunity to match the prices i had from British G, and your own customer services declined to match the rates i was offered, and was quick enough in sending an email to say i was free to leave without any penalty, My penalty is now my electric for my business is going to cost me over 4k extra per annum.

We now have 5 contracts with D-Energi, they have the perfect combination of competitive prices with great customer service.
