Total scam of a company I placed an order it never arrived they never refunded or responded to emails, horrible company save your money.

Fraud, i paid 50 € for 2 pair of glasses, never arrived, never send my Money back

It has been 42 days since I made the order and the glasses are still in China.
Please check if they will come soon!

I ordered the glasses from cyxus.com last year and I am still waiting for the shipment. The customer service does not respond what you normally expect. They never answer the phone or reply your message. I will report the company if their business is real or fake.

don't buy from here. bad customer service, it took almost 2 months for the product to get to me. there was no tracking for the shipment and when i asked via email if the package shipped, i got no response. waited two weeks, and emailed again. no response, i was almost ready to call my bank for a refund. bad shopping experience overall.

I paid for my glasses on November eighth and still haven’t received them. Emails and Facebook messages go unanswered. Your phone number is not set up to take voicemails. Very scammy. I’ve reported this to my bank. I’d give you Zero stars if that was an option.

I didn't received my order. I wrote to you 2 times and try to call but I can't since I'm in Canada and my cell doesn't allow it.

I'm really disapointed I paid for nothing and nobody is helping me to get my order or be reimbursed.

I'm a returning customer and my experience has always been great. Received my glasses today and I'm very happy. Frame is as describe. Every frame I have bought are sturdy and they can withstand a beating. Lenses are clear, clean easy and do not scratch. The glasses I'm wearing now are still good condition despite being 2 years old. Affordable, I'm a senior on a budget and despite having insurance I choose Cyxus because of the C.S. and quality of work.

I’ve bought from this company before and they were amazing! My glasses had came quick and they were super cute! Now I had bought some reading glasses and it now has been about 2 months since i ordered them and they have still not arrived. I was told 16-24 days after the order was placed for them to arrive. As those days were coming up, they still haven’t sent them. I contacted support i believe 5 or more times and they finally answered back after repeatedly contacting them. I emailed, they wouldn’t respond, I had called, their number isn’t real, and i’ve tried the chat bot, but that was useless too. I got impatient and bought some blue light glasses off of amazon and they were there by the next day. To say i’m unimpressed is kinda an understatement. They finally got them sent out about 15 days ago and i’m still waiting for them to arrive. Don’t order from the website or else you’ll be waiting for ever or not receive them.

Received zero info about my order for 5 weeks despite sending email and phone requests for a status update. Finally received an email response asking me for some identifying info to presumably be able to find my order in their system. Was then ignored again until I requested a refund from my payment provider.
