Although it took some time for me to receive my purchase, patience paid off. The feature at the website which allowed me to track my purchase was reassuring and dispelled any worry. I am very pleased with the quality of my glasses. They are much more sturdier than the previous pair, and the design is exactly what I expected. Thank you for your great quality and service.

Never receive my glasses since my purchase for 5 months

I ordered a pair of glasses and cases for myself and son, only his glasses were delivered, I’ve contacted customer service twice via email and phone call- no response - that was over 2 months ago. My son wasn’t fully satisfied with his glasses either- he said the $5 glasses from target feel like they work better- very disappointed. Would not recommend. $80 wasted.

Customer service reached out to me about a clarification in regards to my order and I responded answering the question. I placed my order on 3/17/25 and have still not received my order and today is 5/5/25. I am highly disappointed with my experience and will not be returning. I also reached out multiple times and tried to call the service number with no answer. I tried to get a refund and did not get a response back or anything.

I never received my order. I only received a confirmation that I payed 50$. Then nothing.
I asked the support via email and never got a response. what is this.

I ordered two pairs of prescription eyeglasses. The company emailed me two weeks after I placed my order, advising me they ran out of my prescription (-0.25). They asked me if I'd like to use 0 or -0.50 instead. I told them that will not work for my eyes, as I wear glasses all day every day. I told the company if they do not get my prescription back in stock, then I would like a refund. Two weeks later, I did not hear any response to my email, so I sent another email asking for a refund. The company responded a few days later, to let me know my order was on the way. When I received my order, sure enough, my prescription was wrong. They also sent me the wrong color for one pair of my glasses. I have since emailed the company to let them know of the error, and AGAIN have asked for a refund. I have had no response from the company. I have spent $85 CAD and I cannot use the product. I am getting no responses from the company.

I haven't received my order and it doesn't appear to have shipped yet. There's no real customer service.

My glasses are so freaking late and no replies to 4 of my emails. I’ve enjoyed your glasses in the past. But I will not come back if u do not improve your customer service and turn around

I never got my order and my order was placed January 23.

I first purchased sunglasses from Cyxus back in 2021 & since then I have ordered 5 separate times as I like what I like! The product was great, it was reasonably priced & shipping was fast. Sad to say that the company is going down hill & also not providing good customer service like they used to. It has been over a month & I have not received my most recent order worth $53. I emailed them multiple times & no response. How do I get in touch? How do I get what I paid for?
